Claims (2)
- 상부기판, 하부기판 및 액정을 포함하는 액정패널, 백라이트유닛, 상기 액정패널 및 상기 백라이트유닛을 보호하는 프레임을 포함하며, 별도의 편광안경에 의하여 입체영상을 구현하는 편광안경식 입체영상 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 액정패널은 상기 하부기판에 선편광필름과, 상기 상부기판에 원편광필름이 부착되어, 상기 백라이트유닛으로부터 출사되는 빛을 직선편광, 원편광의 순으로 편광시키는 편광필름들을 더 포함하며,상기 원편광필름 상부의 상기 프레임의 개구부에 설치되며, 상기 원편광필름으로부터 원편광으로 출사된 빛이 상기 원편광의 상태를 유지하여 상기 편광안경에 도달되도록, 위상 지연값을 δ, 임의의 정수 n, 출사되는 빛의 파장을 λ라고 할때, δ=0 혹은 δ=nλ/2인 위상 지연값을 갖는 커버플레이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광안경식 입체영상 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 커버플레이트는 트리아세테이트 셀룰로오스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광안경식 입체영상 액정표시장치.
