Claims (12)
- 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물로서,
일면이 상기 액화천연가스 화물창의 내벽에 부착되는 복수의 제1 단열패널과;
단부가 상기 제1 단열패널의 타면에서 외측으로 절곡되도록 형성되며 상기 제1 단열패널의 타면에 부착되는 메탈시트(metal sheet); 및
서로 인접하는 상기 제1 단열패널에 부착된 상기 메탈시트의 단부에 양단부가 각각 용접되는 메탈연결부재를 포함하며,
상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부 각각은, 서로의 바닥면이 서로 접하도록 절곡되어 용접되며,
상기 제1 단열패널의 타면 모서리부에는 단차부(step)가 형성되며,
상기 단차부가 형성된 복수의 상기 제1 단열패널이 서로 인접하게 설치되어 제1 수용홈을 형성하며,
상기 메탈연결부재는,
상기 제1 수용홈에 상응하여 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메탈시트는,
단부가 상기 제1 단열패널의 타면에서 외측으로 직각으로 절곡되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 메탈시트에 부착되는 제2 단열패널; 및
서로 인접하는 상기 제2 단열패널 사이를 충진하도록 서로 인접하는 상기 제2 단열패널 사이에 삽입되는 탑 브리지 패널(top bridge panel)을 더 포함하며,
상기 탑 브리지 패널에는,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부를 수용하는 제2 수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부에는,
V자형의 절곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용홈은,
상기 V자형의 절곡부와 결합되도록 내부에 접착제가 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 V자형의 절곡부를 클립핑(clipping)하는 클립부(clip part)를 더 포함하며,
상기 클립부는,
상기 제2 수용홈에 끼워맞춤으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물.
- 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물 시공방법으로서,
제1 단열패널 및 단부가 상기 제1 단열패널의 외측으로 절곡되도록 형성되어 상기 제1 단열패널에 부착되는 메탈시트를 구비한, 단위단열부재를 제공하는 단계;
복수의 상기 단위단열부재를 상기 액화천연가스 화물창의 내벽에 부착하는 단계; 및
서로 인접하는 상기 단위단열부재 사이에 배치되도록, 서로 인접하는 상기 메탈시트의 단부에 메탈연결부재의 양단부를 각각 용접하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부 각각은, 서로의 바닥면이 서로 접하도록 절곡되어 용접되며,
상기 단위단열부재를 제공하는 단계 이전에,
상기 제1 단열패널의 모서리부에 단차부를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상기 서로 인접하는 상기 메탈시트의 단부에 메탈연결부재의 양단부를 각각 용접하는 단계 이전에,
상기 단차부가 형성된 복수의 상기 제1 단열패널을 서로 인접하게 설치하여 제1 수용홈을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 제1 수용홈에 상응하여 상기 메탈연결부재를 절곡하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물 시공방법.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 단위단열부재의 상기 메탈시트에 제2 단열패널을 부착하는 단계; 및
서로 인접하는 상기 제2 단열패널 사이를 충진하도록 서로 인접하는 상기 제2 단열패널 사이에 탑 브리지 패널을 삽입하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상기 탑 브리지 패널에는,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부를 수용하는 제2 수용홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물 시공방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 탑 브리지 패널을 삽입하는 단계 이전에,
상기 제2 수용홈에 접착제를 주입하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부에는 V자형의 절곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물 시공방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 탑 브리지 패널을 삽입하는 단계 이전에,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부에 클립부를 클립핑하는 단계를 더 포함하며,
상호 용접된 상기 메탈시트의 단부와 상기 메탈연결부재의 단부에는 V자형의 절곡부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스 화물창의 단열구조물 시공방법.
