Claims (7)
- 배터리와 구동모터를 구비한 직렬형 하이브리드 전투기동장비를 기동시키기 위해 전력을 공급하는 엔진-발전기 제어방법에 있어서,
(a) 가속페달 변위 신호와 제동페달 변위 신호를 감지하여 운전자가 요구하는 상기 구동모터의 총 파워인 요구파워 값을 계산하는 단계;
(b) 상기 엔진-발전기의 최저 출력부터 최대 출력까지 일정한 간격으로 상기 엔진-발전기의 출력 값을 가정하는 단계;
(c) 상기 가정되는 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값과 상기 요구파워 값을 이용하여 운전자가 요구하는 상기 구동모터의 총 파워를 만족시키기 위한 상기 배터리 출력 값을 계산하는 단계;
(d) 상기 엔진-발전기의 효율맵을 이용하여 엔진-발전기 효율 값을 계산하고, 상기 배터리 출력 값과 측정된 상기 배터리의 SOC(State Of Charge) 값에 대해 설정된 상기 배터리의 효율맵을 이용하여 배터리 효율 값을 계산하는 단계;
(e) 상기 엔진-발전기 효율 값과 상기 배터리 효율 값을 이용하여, 상기 일정한 간격으로 가정되는 상기 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값들 별로, 상기 전투기동장비의 시스템 효율 값을 계산하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 계산된 시스템 효율 값들 중 시스템 효율 값이 가장 높은 경우의 상기 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값을 선정하고 그 선정된 출력의 가정 값을 이용하여 상기 엔진-발전기를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진-발전기 제어방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a)단계 내지 (f)단계의 수행에 의해 상기 선정된 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값을 이용하여 상기 엔진-발전기의 제어가 수행되는 경우, 상기 전투기동장비의 속도가 사전에 정해진 속도기준값 이하이고, 제동페달의 변위가 사전에 정해진 제1 변위기준값 이상이면, 상기 엔진-발전기를 오프(Off)하고 상기 (a)단계 내지 (f)단계를 다시 수행하는 단계; 및
상기 (a)단계 내지 (f)단계의 수행에 의해 상기 선정된 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값을 이용하여 상기 엔진-발전기의 제어가 수행되는 경우, 상기 제동페달의 변위가 사전에 정해진 제2 변위기준값 이하이고, 상기 전투기동장비의 기어의 상태가 전진 또는 후진 상태이고, 상기 선정된 엔진-발전기의 출력의 가정 값이 사전에 정해진 출력기준값 이하이면, 상기 엔진-발전기를 온(On)하고 상기 (a)단계 내지 (f)단계를 다시 수행하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진-발전기 제어방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 속도기준값은 1 kph이고, 상기 제1 변위기준값은 5 %이며, 상기 제2 변위기준값은 3 %이고, 상기 출력기준값은 45 kW로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진-발전기 제어방법. - 직렬형 하이브리드 전투기동장비에 있어서,
감속기를 거쳐 차축과 연결되는 구동모터와 그 구동모터를 제어하는 MCU(Motor Control Unit)와, 전력을 발생하는 엔진-발전기와, 그 엔진-발전기를 제어하는 GCU(Generator Control Unit)와, 고전압 배터리와, 그 고전압 배터리를 관리하는 BMS(Battery Management System)와, 상기 MCU, GCU 및 BMS를 통제하는 HCU(Hybrid Control Unit)을 포함하고,
상기 HCU는 차량의 가속페달, 제동페달 및 기어로부터 전달되는 신호를 이용하여, 상기 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 엔진-발전기 제어방법을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직렬형 하이브리드 전투기동장비.
