도 2는 실시예의 왜곡량의 측정을 설명하기 위한 평면도이며, (a)는 강판의 저면도, (b)는 강판 및 보강 시트의 평면도를 도시한다.
Claims (10)
- 구속층과, 상기 구속층의 표면에 적층되고 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 보강층을 구비하는 보강 시트를, 도장 후의 금속판에 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물이, 공액 디엔류를 포함하는 단량체의 중합체 및 상기 중합체의 수소 첨가물 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물이 점착 부여제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 점착 부여제의 배합 비율이 상기 중합체 및 상기 수소 첨가물 100질량부에 대하여 40 내지 200질량부인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구속층이 금속박 및 글래스 클로스 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속박이 스테인리스 및 알루미늄 중 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 시트를 상기 금속판에 접착하고, 계속해서, 상기 보강 시트를 80℃ 이상으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 시트를 미리 80℃ 이상으로 가열하고, 계속해서, 가열된 상기 보강 시트를 상기 금속판에 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 시트를 80℃ 이상의 상태에 있는 상기 금속판에 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 방법.
- 도장 후의 금속판이 보강 시트를 점착시킴으로써 보강되고,
상기 보강 시트는, 구속층과, 상기 구속층의 표면에 적층되고 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하여 이루어지는 보강층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속판의 보강 구조.
