Description
도 2은 적혈구 세포의 최종 성숙(terminal maturation) 단계에서 50%, 100%, 150% 컨플루언스(confluence)로 배양한 경우의 염색, 탈핵율, 세포사멸 분석 결과이다(화살표는 망상적혈구를 나타냄).
도 3은 적혈구 세포의 최종 성숙(terminal maturation) 단계에서 50%, 100%, 150% 컨플루언스(confluence)로 배양한 경우의 유세포 분석 및 RT-PCR 분석 결과이다.
도 4는 사용한 배지의 생화학적 분석 결과이다.
도 5는 접착 관련 유전자인 DLC-1 및 VLA-4의 발현 분석 결과이다.
도 6은 K562 세포에서 DLC-1이 발현됨을 보여주는 결과이다.

Claims (16)
- 세포 간 물리적으로 직접 접촉되도록
적혈구계 세포를, 동일한 단위 면적당 100 ~ 150%의 컨플루언스(confluence)의 고밀도로 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 배양은 100%의 컨플루언스(confluence)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적혈구계 세포는 최종 성숙(terminal maturation) 단계 이후에 있는 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는, 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세포 간 물리적으로 직접 접촉된 적혈구 세포는 DLC-1(Deleted in Liver Cancer 1)를 발현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 세포 간 물리적으로 직접 접촉된 적혈구 세포는 ICAM-4 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-4) 및 VLA-4(Very Late Antigen-4) 중 하나 이상의 유전자를 추가로 더 발현하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 인큐베이터 또는 바이오리액터에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적혈구계 세포의 인 비트로 확장방법.
