본 발명에 의하면, 경화시간 감소와 생산성 및 작업성의 향상 및 무용제로 인한 공해가 적게 발생하고 내구성과 기계적인 강성과 강도가 높은 자외선 경화 프리프레그를 제조할 수있다.

Claims (6)
- 올소타입의 불포화폴리에스테르수지 50~90중량부, 아크릴레이트 수지 1~30중량부, 페닐글리옥실레이트(Phenylglyoxylate)계 제1 광개시제 0.01~3중량부, Phosphine oxide계 제2 광개시제 0.01~3중량부, 증점제 0.01~5중량부, 소포제 0.01~3중량부, 자외선흡수제 0.01~3중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.01~3중량부을 포함하는 혼합 레진과 상기 혼합 레진의 총중량을 기준으로 C급 유리섬유 또는 E급 유리섬유 또는 S급 유리섬유 50~75중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 광개시제는 Phosphine oxide계 중 비스아실포스핀옥사이드(Bis Acyl Phosphine oxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
자외선 흡수제와 자외선 안정제를 더 포함하며,
상기 자외선 흡수제와 상기 자외선 안정제를 1:1 내지 1:2의 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 흡수제는 Triazine계, Benzotriazole계 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 안정제는 HALS(Hindered Amine Light stabilizer를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그 조성물.
- 올소타입의 불포화폴리에스테르수지 50~90중량부, 아크릴레이트 수지 1~30중량부, 페닐글리옥실레이트(Phenylglyoxylate)계 제1 광개시제 0.01~3중량부, Phosphine oxide계 제2 광개시제 0.01~3중량부, 증점제 0.01~5중량부, 소포제 0.01~3중량부, 자외선흡수제 0.01~3중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.01~3중량부를 혼합하여 액체 수지를 준비하는 단계;
상기 액체수지의 총중량을 기준으로 유리 섬유 50 ~ 70중량부를 상기 액체 수지에 함침시키는 단계;및
상기 액체 수지가 코팅된 유리 섬유를 자외선으로 조사하는 단계;
를 포함하는 자외선 경화 프리프레그의 제조방법.
