도 2는 종래 RDF 성형 장치에서의 금속편으로 인해 노즐이 손상되는 것을 보여주는 사진이고,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 ASR 성형 장치를 설명하기 위한 도면이고,
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 호퍼를 설명하기 위한 도면이고, 그리고
도 5는 도 3에 도시된 노즐의 예시적인 일 실시예를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 자동차 파쇄 잔재물(Automobile Shredder Residue: ASR)을 투입받는 내부 고안을 가진 호퍼;
상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재물을 유입받아 성형하는 노즐; 및
상기 호퍼를 통해서 투입받은 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재물을 상기 노즐로 제공하는 피딩부;를 포함하며,
상기 호퍼의 내부 공간에 자성을 가진 자성체가 위치되며,
상기 자성체는 모터에 의해 회전하며, 상기 자성체의 회전의 중심은 상기 호퍼의 외부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 호퍼의 내부 측면으로 자동차 파쇄 잔재물을 공급시키는 컨베이어 벨트;를 더 포함하며,
상기 호퍼의 내부 공간에 위치된 자성체는, 상기 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 자동차 파쇄 잔재가 공급되는 상기 호퍼의 내부 측면과 대향하는 내부 측면에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자성체는 원반 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 자성체에 붙은 금속물질을 제거하기 위한 블레이드가 상기 호퍼의 외부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자성체는 상기 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 상기 호퍼의 내부 측면으로 공급된 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재의 프로파일과 평행하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 호퍼는 깔대기 형상이고, 상기 호퍼의 측면부의 일부에는 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재의 프로파일과 평행하도록 형성된 절개부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 자성체는 상기 절개부에 평행하게 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 노즐은 자동차 파쇄 잔재물이 통과할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 경로를 포함하고, 상기 피딩부는 상기 호퍼를 통해서 투입받은 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재물을 상기 적어도 하나의 경로로 제공하며,
상기 경로 내부에는 내부가 비어 있고 길이를 가진 원통이 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재물이 이동하는 방향과 평행하게 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 원통의 측면에는 상기 경로에 존재하는 수증기가 유입될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 관통공이 형성되어 있고, 상기 원통의 양면 중 일면은 막혀있고 다른 일면은 개방되어 있고, 상기 원통은 그 일면이 막혀 있는 부분이 상기 자동차 파쇄 잔재물이 유입되는 방향으로 향하도록 상기 경로내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 파쇄 잔재물 성형 장치.
