Claims (5)
- 압출기에서 연소를 회피하면서 미생물 균체의 온도가 250 내지 400℃가 되도록 1 내지 30초간 가열 처리함을 포함하는, 건조 미생물 균체의 제조방법으로서, 상기 건조 미생물 균체가 에스케리키아 콜라이(Escherichia coli) 또는 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum)인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 처리가, 미생물 균체의 온도가 250 내지 370℃가 되도록 1 내지 20초간 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 건조 미생물 균체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열 처리 후, 건조 미생물 균체에 포함되는 수분 함량이 5 내지 15%임을 특징으로 하는, 건조 미생물 균체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 건조 미생물 균체를 포함하는 동물 사료.
