Claims (6)
- 페놀 수지, 그 수지의 산 경화 촉매, 발포제 및 계면활성제를 함유하는 발포성 페놀 수지 조성물로서,
상기 발포제는 탄화수소계 발포제를 함유하고 있고,
상기 계면활성제는 알킬에테르 부분의 탄소수가 14 ∼ 22 인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르이고, 그 함유량이 페놀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 ∼ 10 중량부인 발포성 페놀 수지 조성물. - 페놀 수지, 그 수지의 산 경화 촉매, 발포제 및 계면활성제를 함유하는 발포성 페놀 수지 조성물을, 발포 및 경화시키는 페놀 수지 폼의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 발포제는 탄화수소계 발포제를 함유하고 있고,
상기 계면활성제는 알킬에테르 부분의 탄소수가 14 ∼ 22 인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르이고, 그 함유량이 페놀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 ∼ 10 중량부인 제조 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알킬에테르 부분의 탄소수가 16 ∼ 18 인 제조 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제의 함유량이 상기 페놀 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.3 ∼ 5 중량부인 제조 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르는 HLB 가 15 ∼ 20 인 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬에테르인 제조 방법. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 발포제는 상기 탄화수소계 발포제만으로 구성되는 제조 방법.
