Claims (4)
- 왕복동 가능하게 장착된 밸브체와, 그 밸브체를 유체압에 의해 서로 반대 방향으로 가압하는 제 1 가압부 및 제 2 가압부와, 상기 제 1 가압부 및 상기 제 2 가압부에 유체를 공급하고, 또한 공급하는 유체의 압력을 조절하여 상기 밸브체를 왕복동시키는 밸브체 구동 회로를 구비하고 있는 서보 밸브로서,
상기 밸브체 구동 회로는, 상기 제 1 가압부의 상기 유체압을 대략 일정한 크기로 유지함과 함께 상기 제 2 가압부의 유체 출구부에 상기 제 2 가압부의 상기 유체압을 조절하는 노즐 플래퍼 기구와,
펌프로부터 공급된 상기 유체가 분기되는 제 1 통로 및 제 2 통로를 구비하고,
상기 제 1 통로는, 상기 제 1 가압부에 상기 유체를 유도하도록 접속됨과 함께, 그 제 1 가압부의 하류측에 개구 면적이 가변으로 된 압력 조정 조리개를 구비하고,
상기 제 2 통로는, 상기 제 2 가압부에 상기 유체를 유도하도록 접속되고,
상기 밸브체에 있어서의 상기 제 1 가압부의 유체가 상기 밸브체에 작용하는 제 1 수압 면적과, 상기 제 2 가압부의 유체가 상기 밸브체에 작용하는 제 2 수압 면적이 대략 동일 면적으로 되고,
상기 노즐 플래퍼 기구의 원점 위치에서, 그 노즐 플래퍼 기구의 노즐 개구 면적에 대해 상기 압력 조정 조리개의 개구 면적이 동일해지도록 조정하여 상기 제 1 가압부의 상기 유체압과 상기 제 2 가압부의 상기 유체압을 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 플래퍼 기구의 플래퍼는, 바이모르프형 압전 소자에 의해 작동되는 서보 밸브. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 플래퍼 기구의 플래퍼는, 적층형 압전 소자에 의해 작동되는 서보 밸브. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐 플래퍼 기구의 플래퍼는, 토크 모터에 의해 작동되는 서보 밸브.
