Claims (7)
- 고분자 수지 및 탄소 나노 튜브 형성 촉매를 혼합시키는 단계;
탄소 섬유에 상기 탄소 나노 튜브 형성 촉매를 포함하는 고분자 수지를 함침시키고 경화시켜 탄소 나노 튜브 형성 촉매를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 고분자 복합소재를 제조하는 단계;
상기 탄소 나노 튜브 형성 촉매를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 고분자 복합소재를 탄화시켜 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄소 복합소재를 제조하는 단계 및
금속 실리콘을 용융시켜 상기 탄소 나노 섬유를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄소 복합소재 내부에 침투시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법. - 탄소 섬유에 고분자 수지를 함침시켜 탄소 섬유 강화 고분자 복합소재를 제조하는 단계;

금속 실리콘을 용융시켜 상기 탄소 나노 튜브를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄소 복합소재 내부에 침투시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지는 페놀계 수지 및 피치로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 고분자 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 탄소 나노 튜브 형성 촉매는 니켈, 구리, 알루미늄 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 탄소 섬유 강화 고분자 복합소재를 탄화시키는 단계는 600 내지 2200℃에서 탄화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 금속 실리콘을 용융시켜 탄소 섬유 강화 탄소 복합소재 내부에 침투시키는 단계는 1500 내지 1700℃에서 침투시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2의 제조 방법으로 제조된 탄소 섬유 강화 탄화규소 복합소재.
