Claims (5)
- 씨고구마 식재 전에 가축혈분이 포함된 기능성 퇴비를 육묘단지에 투여하는 육묘단지 토양개선단계(S110);
유기게르마늄결합 펩타이드제를 물에 희석한 혼합물에 씨고구마를 침지시키는 씨고구마 침지단계(S120);
상기 단계 S110에서 토양이 개선된 육묘단지에 상기 단계 S120에서 침지된 씨고구마를 심고 고구마육묘를 키우는 육묘생산단계(S130);
가축혈분이 포함된 기능성 퇴비를 본재배단지에 투여하는 본재배단지 토양개선단계(S140); 및,
상기 단계 S140에서 토양이 개선된 본재배단지를 조성한 후 상기 단계 S130에서 생산된 고구마육묘를 상기 본재배단지에 이식하고 생육을 관리하는 본재배단계(S150);를 포함하여 이루어지는 유기게르마늄을 함유한 고구마의 재배방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 퇴비는 가축혈분 15~20 중량%, 깻묵 15~20 중량%, 골분 8~10 중량%, 부식산 8~10 중량%, 미강 15~20 중량%, 제올라이트 8~10 중량%를 구성성분으로 포함하는 유기게르마늄을 함유한 고구마의 재배방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계(S120)에서는 물과 상기 유기게르마늄결합 펩타이드제를 중량 800~1200(g) : 중량 1(g)의 비율로 희석한 혼합물에 상기 씨고구마를 침지하는 것인 유기게르마늄을 함유한 고구마의 재배방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 S150의 본재배단계는 물과 상기 유기게르마늄결합 펩타이드제를 중량 800~1200(g) : 중량 1(g)의 비율로 희석한 혼합물을 생산한 후, 상기 고구마육묘가 활착하여 줄기가 4~5마디 이상 자란 후부터 엽면시비하는 것인 유기게르마늄을 함유한 고구마의 재배방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유기게르마늄결합 펩타이드제는 가축의 혈장단백질 가수분해물에 유기게르마늄을 1000 ~ 3000ppm의 농도로 투여하여 생성되는 것인 유기게르마늄을 함유한 고구마의 재배방법.
