Claims (13)
- 외주면에 나선 형상의 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈이 형성되는 나사 축과,내주면에 상기 나사 축의 상기 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈에 대향하는 나선 형상의 부하 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈이 형성되는 동시에, 상기 부하 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈의 일단부와 타단부를 접속하는 구름 이동체 복귀 통로를 갖는 너트와,상기 나사 축의 상기 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈과 상기 너트의 상기 부하 구름 이동체 구름 주행 홈 사이의 부하 구름 이동체 구름 주행로 및 상기 구름 이동체 복귀 통로에 배열되는 복수의 구름 이동체와,상기 너트의 축선 방향의 단부에 설치되고, 상기 너트의 단부면과의 사이에 근소한 단차가 있는 플랜지와,상기 너트의 외경보다도 큰 외경을 갖고, 상기 플랜지의 단부면으로부터 발생하는 소음을 저감시키도록 상기 너트의 외경보다도 외측으로 돌출하는 상기 플랜지의 축선 방향의 단부면의 적어도 일부에 접촉하여 덮는 저소음 플레이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구름 이동체 복귀 통로는 상기 너트의 내부를 축선 방향으로 신장하는 직선 통로와, 상기 너트의 축선 방향의 단부면에 장착되고 상기 부하 구름 이동체 구름 주행로와 상기 직선 통로를 접속하는 방향 전환로를 갖는 순환 부재로 구성되고,상기 저소음 플레이트는 상기 순환 부재도 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 나사 장치는,상기 저소음 플레이트를 상기 플랜지의 단부면과의 사이에 끼우는 캡과,상기 캡을 상기 너트에 고정하는 캡 고정 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저소음 플레이트는 상기 플랜지의 단부면을 덮는 외주측 플레이트와, 상기 외주측 플레이트의 내측에 배치되고 상기 너트의 단부면을 덮는 내주측 플레이트로 구성되고,상기 외주측 플레이트는 상기 너트의 단부면과 상기 플랜지의 단부면 사이의 단차분만큼 상기 내주측 플레이트보다도 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캡 및 상기 저소음 플레이트에는 상기 플랜지에 삽입되는 볼트가 상기 캡 및 상기 저소음 플레이트에 간섭하지 않도록 상기 플랜지의 볼트 삽입 구멍에 대응한 절결부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저소음 플레이트는 내부에 기포를 갖는 발포 수지에 윤활제를 함침시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 캡은 엘라스토머를 혼합한 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저소음 플레이트는 수지제 판과 금속제 판을 적층하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외주측 플레이트는 수지제 판과 금속제 판을 적층하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지제 판과 상기 금속제 판은 결합되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 저소음 플레이트의 상기 금속제 판은 상기 나사 축에 접촉하지 않고,상기 저소음 플레이트의 상기 수지제 판은 상기 나사 축에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 저소음 플레이트의 상기 수지제 판은 내부에 기포를 갖는 발포 수지에 윤활제를 함침시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저소음 나사 장치.
