Claims (6)
- RFID 리더기로부터 입력되는 신호를 공급하는 신호 공급부;
상기 신호 공급부로부터 상기 신호를 입력받아 근접장을 형성하는 안테나부; 및
상기 안테나부에 연결되어 상기 안테나부에 입력된 신호의 반사조건을 변화시키는 가변 반사포트를 포함하며,
상기 가변 반사포트는,
외부로부터 입력되는 위상제어 전압의 크기에 따라 상기 안테나부에 입력된 신호의 위상의 크기가 제어되도록 상기 반사조건을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 근접장 안테나 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안테나부는,
제1전송선로와 제2전송선로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 근접장 안테나 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 신호 공급부의 송신부와 접속된 제1포트, 상기 제1전송선로와 접속된 제2포트, 상기 제2전송선로와 접속된 제3포트 및 상기 신호 공급부의 수신부와 접속된 제4포트를 포함하는 링 하이브리드(Ring-Hybrid)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 안테나 시스템.

상기 가변 반사포트는,
상기 위상제어 전압의 크기에 따라 상기 안테나부에 입력된 신호의 위상의 크기를 제어하는 위상 천이기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 근접장 안테나 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가변 반사포트는,
상기 위상제어 전압의 전압 크기를 조절하는 바렉터 다이오드; 및
상기 안테나부의 종단에 연결되며, 상기 바렉터 다이오드로부터 입력되는 상기 위상제어 전압의 크기에 따라 커패시턴스가 변화하는 위상제어 커패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 RFID 근접장 안테나 시스템.
