- 삭제
- 코일을 제작함에 있어, 절연성을 지닌 필름이나 절연지 등의 평판 위에 도전성 잉크로 코일 모양의 나선형 권선을 인쇄하고 인쇄된 평판을 다수의 층으로 적층 함에 있어, 한 층의 나선형 권선 방향은 시계회전방향 또는 반대방향으로 하되, 밖에서 안쪽으로 중심부가 좁아지게 권선을 도안했다면, 다른 층은 같은 회전방향으로 하되 안에서 밖으로 중심부가 넓어지게 권선을 도안하여 각 층별 나선형 권선의 시작단과 끝단은 수직 방향에서 볼 때 같은 위치에 있도록 하고 시작단과 끝단 중의 한 점은 도전성 잉크 또는 별도의 도체를 통해 각 층별 시작단과 끝단이 전기적으로 연결됨으로써 각 층별 권수를 모두 합한 권선수에 의해 전체 코일의 권선수가 형성된 코일이 제작되는 것을 특징으로 한 코일 제작 방법
- 코일을 제조함에 있어
절연성을 지닌 필름이나 절연지 등의 평판 위에 도전성 잉크로 코일 모양의 나선형 권선을 인쇄하고, 인쇄된 나선형 권선의 끝단을 제외한 나머지 면에는 절연성 재질의 도료나 코팅제 등을 도포하여 절연층을 형성한 후, 그 절연층 위에 기 인쇄된 나선형 권선의 끝단에서부터 시작하는 나선형 권선을 추가적으로 인쇄하는 방식으로, 인쇄코일을 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 제작 방법
- 코일을 제조함에 있어
절연성을 지닌 필름이나 절연지 등의 평판 위에 도전성 잉크로 코일 모양의 나선형 권선을 인쇄하고, 그 인쇄된 나선형 권선의 끝단 부분을 제외한 나머지 부분이 모두 덮힐 수 있는 또 다른 평판을 적층한 후 그 위에 하부층 권선과 회전방향은 시계회전방향 또는 반대방향으로 동일하게 하되, 하부층의 권선 도형이 밖에서 안으로 중심부가 좁아지는 모양이라면 다른 평판 층에는 회전방향은 같되 안에서 밖으로 중심부가 넓어지는 모양으로, 하부층의 권선 도형이 안에서 밖으로 중심부가 넓어지는 모양이라면 다른 평판 층에는 회전방향은 같되 밖에서 안으로 중심부가 좁아지는 모양으로 도안한 권선을 인쇄하는데, 그 시작단을 하부층 인쇄권선의 끝단에서부터 시작하는 방식으로 다음 층을 인쇄하면서 원하는 전체 권선수가 확보되는 데 필요한 만큼 평판을 적층하여 코일을 제조하는 방법
