Abstract
본 발명에 따른 배연 탈황장치(S)는 배기가스량이 증가하여도 접기집진기의 집진용량의 증가를 위한 설계변경이 없어도 잔류석고 등의 미세입자에 의한 흡수탑의 반응성 저하에 따른 문제점이 전혀 발생되지 않는 특징적인 효과를 나타낼 뿐 아니라 전기집진기의 설계변경에 따른 설비투자비용을 절감할 수 있는 개선된 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (7)
- 연소장치로부터 배출되는 배기가스와 흡수제로 CaCO3 슬러리를 기액접촉시켜 탈황처리하는 습식 배연탈황장치에 있어서,
배기가스와 흡수제로 CaCO3 슬러리를 기액접촉시키는 흡수탑(1)과, 흡수탑에서 유출되는 석고슬러리로부터 석고성분을 분리하고, 미세부유물을 유출하는 1차 및 2차 석고분리수단(2, 3)과, 2차 석고분리수단(3)에서 유출하는 미세입자 부유물에 응집제 용액을 공급하는 응집제 용해장치(4)와, 미세입자 부유물과 응집제를 혼합하는 응집제 혼합수단(5)과, 응집제가 혼합된 미세입자 부유물로부터 잔여 미세입자를 분리하는 미세입자분리수단(6)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연탈황장치. - 청구항1에 있어서, 1차 및 2차 석고분리수단(2, 3) 사이에 1차 석고분리수단(2)에서 유출하는 미세입자 부유물을 안정된 분산용액으로 형성하는 에어레이터(aerator)를 구비한 안정화조(Buffer tank; t)를 추가 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연탈황장치.
- 청구항1에 있어서, 미세입자분리수단(6)의 탈수액 유출구측으로 여과장치(7)를 추가 설치하여 탈수액을 여과하여 배출하는 여과액(최종처리수)를 흡수탑으로 순환되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연 탈황장치.
- 청구항1 내지 청구항3 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 1차 및 2차 석고분리수단(2, 3)이 하이드로사이클론 분리기(hydro cyclone Separator)이고, 2차 하이드로사이클론 분리기는 1차 하이드로사이클론 분리기에서 분리되지 않은 보다 낮은 입도의 석고를 분리하는 하이드로사이클론 분리기인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연탈황장치.
- 청구항4에 있어서, 미세입자 부유물과 고분자 응집제를 혼합하는 응집제 혼합수단(5)은 라인믹서(Line Mixer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연탈황장치.
- 청구항5에 있어서, 미세입자분리수단(6)이 원심분리장치(Centrifuge Separator)인 데칸터(Decanter)인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세입자분리수단을 구비한 반응성 향상 배연탈황장치.
