디메틸설폭시드, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 아세토니트릴, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸클로라이드, 클로로포름, 1,4-디옥산 및 이들의 혼합용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 극성 비양성자성 용매 존재 하에
하기 화학식 2의 화합물과 하기 화학식 3의 화합물 또는 그의 염을 반응시키는 것인 이리노테칸의 제조방법.
