Claims (6)
- 브레이크 페달과 연결된 입력축과, 상기 브레이크 페달의 반력을 내주는 페달 시뮬레이터와, 상기 브레이크 페달과 연결되며 상기 페달 시뮬레이터의 내부에서 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 마련된 컨트롤 플런저와, 상기 컨트롤 플런저가 삽입되는 제1피스톤과 상기 제1피스톤의 전진동작에 의해 전진되는 제2피스톤을 구비하여 휠 브레이크로 유압력을 전달하는 마스터 실린더와, 상기 페달 시뮬레이터로 오일을 공급하는 오일공급장치를 포함하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터에 있어서,상기 페달 시뮬레이터는 상기 컨트롤 플런저가 수용되는 제1수용부와, 상기 컨트롤 플런저가 삽입되는 상기 제1피스톤의 일부가 수용되는 제2수용부와, 시뮬레이터 피스톤이 수용되는 제3수용부가 형성되는 시뮬레이터 하우징을 포함하며,상기 제3수용부는 상기 제1 및 제2수용부에 분리되어 형성되며,상기 시뮬레이터 하우징에는 상기 제3수용부로 유입되는 오일이 상기 제1수용부를 거쳐 상기 제3수용부로 공급되게 하는 오일유로가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제3수용부에는 상기 시뮬레이터 피스톤과, 상기 시뮬레이터 피스톤을 탄성 지지하는 제1 및 제2시뮬레이터 스프링과, 상기 제1 및 제2시뮬레이터 스프링을 지지하는 시뮬레이터 스프링 리테이너가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 시뮬레이터 하우징에는 상기 오일공급장치로부터 상기 제2수용부로 오일을 공급하는 제1오일포트와, 상기 제3수용부로 오일을 공급하는 제2오일포트가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1피스톤에는 상기 컨트롤 플런저가 삽입되는 삽입홈이 형성되며,상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 상기 컨트롤 플런저는 상기 삽입홈의 후단부와 일정 간격 이격되게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 입력축에는 상기 브레이크 페달의 변위를 측정하는 페달변위센서가 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 능동형 유압제어 부스터.
