Claims (10)
- 자동화 수동 변속기의 클러치 액추에이터가 비동작 상태로 유지되는 모터 한계 전압을 검출하기 위한 방법에 있어서,현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)으로부터 증분(ΔU)만큼 홀딩 전압이 증가하거나 감소하는 단계(a)와,홀딩 전압의 변경시, 클러치 액추에이터가 동작하는지를 검출하는 단계(b)를 포함하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치 액추에이터의 동작시, 현재 홀딩 전압이 홀딩 전압 한계값으로서 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(a)와 단계(b)는 클러치 액추에이터가 동작할 때까지 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 클러치 액추에이터의 동작은, 클러치 액추에이터가 사전 설정된 최소 구간(Δxmin) 이상으로 동작할 때에만, 단계(b)에서 동작으로서 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 홀딩 전압의 증가 또는 감소 후, 클러치 액추에이터의 동작 여부가 단계(b)에서 최종적으로 결정되기 전에, 사전 설정된 시간(Δt)이 대기되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 클러치 액추에이터가 정지할 때의 현재 홀딩 전압인 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 홀딩 전압 상한 또는 하한이 검출되는지가 사전에 결정되며, 홀딩 전압 상한이 검출되어야 할 때, 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 단계(a)에서 증분(ΔU) 만큼 증가하며, 홀딩 전압 하한이 검출될 때, 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 단계(a)에서 증분(ΔU) 만큼 감소하고, 단계(a)와 단계(b)는 액추에이터가 동작할 때까지 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(a)에서 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 홀딩 전압 상한(Uup)으로서, 또는 홀딩 전압 하한(Udn)으로서 정해지며, 홀딩 전압 상한(Uup)이 결정될 때, 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 단계(a)에서 증분(ΔU) 만큼 증가하고, 홀딩 전압 하한(Udn)이 결정될 때, 현재 홀딩 전압(Uakt)은 단계(a)에서 증분(ΔU) 만큼 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 동작이 검출되지 않으면, 홀딩 전압 상한(Uup)이 값(Uinc) 만큼 증가하거나 홀딩 전압 하한(Udn)이 값(Uinc) 만큼 감소하며, 단계(b)에서 동작이 검출되면, 홀딩 전압 상한(Uup)이 값(Uinc) 만큼 감소하거나 홀딩 전압 하한(Udn)이 값(Uinc)만큼 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모터 전압 한계 검출 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위해 조정된 조절부를 이용해서, 자동화 수동 변속기의 클러치 액추에이터가 비동작 상태로 유지되는 모터 한계 전압을 검출하기 위한 장치.
