Claims (12)
- 대전부재에 의해 소정 전위로 대전되는 감광매체와;감광매체 상의 대전레벨이 변화하도록 노광시키는 노광유닛;상기 감광매체에 칼라별 화상을 형성하는 현상유닛;상기 감광매체에 형성된 화상을 전사받는 전사매체와;상기 전사매체를 크리닝하는 크리닝장치와;상기 크리닝장치와 상기 전사매체간의 윤활작용을 위한 윤활용 현상제 띠를 형성시, 상기 노광유닛의 광파워를 화상형성시보다 낮게 조정하여 구동시키는 제어부;를 포함하며,상기 제어부는, 상기 윤활용 현상제 띠 형성시,상기 윤활용 현상제 띠가 현상제의 포화농도의 60% 내지 80%의 농도로 형성될 수 있도록 상기 노광유닛의 광파워를 0.09mW ∼ 0.13mW 사이에서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.

- 감광매체에 제1칼라 화상을 형성시켜 전사매체로 전사시키는 제1화상형성단계와;상기 감광매체에 제2칼라 화상을 형성시켜 상기 전사매체의 제1칼라화상과 중첩시키는 제2화상형성단계; 및상기 제1 및 제2화상형성단계 사이에서 상기 전사매체를 크리닝하는 크리닝장치의 윤활을 위한 윤활용 현상제 띠를 형성하는 현상제 띠 형성단계;를 포함하며,상기 현상제 띠 형성단계에서는 상기 현상제 띠를 상기 제1 및 제2칼라화상보다 낮은 농도로 형성시키기 위해, 상기 제1 및 제2칼라화상을 형성하기 위한 노광전위보다 낮은 0.09mW 내지 0.13mW의 광파워로 노광유닛을 구동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 현상제 띠 형성단계는,상기 제1칼라화상 형성뒤, 상기 감광매체로 광을 주사하여 노광시키는 단계와;상기 노광된 부분에 현상제를 공급하여 상기 현상제 띠를 형성하는 단계와;상기 현상제 띠를 상기 전사매체로 전사시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 제어방법.

- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 현상제 띠 형성단계에서는,상기 현상제 띠를 상기 제1 및 제2칼라화상 형성구간 사이에 복수개 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 제어방법.
