Claims (25)
- 형광 물품에 있어서,하층 폴리머 모재(matrix)에 제1 형광 착색제를 포함하는 하층 형광 착색막; 및상기 하층 형광 착색막 위에 제공되고, 상층 폴리머 모재에 제2 형광 착색제를 포함하는 상층 형광 착색막을 포함하고,상기 제2 형광 착색제는 450㎚ 내지 540㎚의 범위의 제1 파장의 광은 차단하는 한편, 상기 제1 형광 착색제가 형광을 내게 하는 데 유효한 540㎚보다 큰 범위의 제2 파장의 광의 투과는 허용하는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 형광 착색제는 제1 화학적 성질(chemistry)을 갖고, 상기 제2 형광 착색제는 상기 제1 화학적 성질과는 상이한 제2 화학적 성질을 갖는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 형광 착색제는 형광 페릴렌 염료를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상층 형광 착색막은 상기 제2 형광 착색제에 의해 제공되는 형광 오렌지색 배색을 갖고, 상기 제2 형광 착색제는 적색 색조(shade) 형광 염료 또는 오렌지색 색조 형광 염료 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 형광 착색제는 벤조티아진(benzothiazine), 티오크산텐(thioxanthene) 및 벤조크산텐(benzoxanthene)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 형광 염료를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하층 형광 착색막은 상기 제1 형광 착색제에 의해 제공되는 형광 황록색 배색을 갖고, 상기 제1 형광 착색제는 황록색 색조 형광 염료를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광 물품의 형광 배색은 형광 황색인 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상층 폴리머 모재는 하나 이상의 아크릴 수지 또는 UV 안정화 폴리머를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하층 폴리머 모재는 폴리카보네이트 폴리머를 포함하는 것인 형광 물품.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 하층 형광 황록색막의 형광 염료는 벤조티아진, 티오크산텐 및 벤조크산텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것인 형광 황색 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 상층 형광 오렌지색막의 형광 오렌지색 배색은 하나 이상의 적색 색조 형광 염료 또는 오렌지색 색조 형광 염료를 포함하는 형광 염료에 의해 제공되는 것인 형광 황색 물품.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 상층 형광 오렌지색막의 형광 염료는 형광 페릴렌 염료를 포함하는 것인 형광 황색 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 상층 폴리머 모재는 하나 이상의 아크릴 수지 또는 UV 안정화 폴리머를 포함하는 것인 형광 황색 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 하층 폴리머 모재는 폴리카보네이트 폴리머를 포함하는 것인 형광 황색 물품.
- 형광 황색 재귀 반사 물품에 있어서,하층 폴리머 모재에 용존되어 있는 하나 이상의 형광 염료를 포함하는 하층 형광 황록색막; 및상기 하층 형광 황록색막 위에 제공되고, 450㎚ 내지 540㎚ 사이의 파장 범위를 갖는 가시광을 차단하며, 상층 폴리머 모재에 용존되어 있는 하나 이상의 형광 염료를 포함하는 상층 형광 오렌지색막을 포함하고,상기 하층 폴리머 모재는 폴리카보네이트를 포함하고, 상기 상층 폴리머 모재는 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 것인 형광 황색 재귀 반사 물품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 하층 형광 황록색막의 형광 황록색 배색은 벤조티아진, 티오크산텐 및 벤조크산텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 황록색 색조 형광 염료를 포함하는 형광 염료에 의해 제공되는 것인 형광 황색 재귀 반사 물품.
