Abstract
본 발명은 사이클론 방식의 건조기를 이용하되, 건조 열원으로 소결 배가스를 이용하여 코크스 침전지를 건조하므로 코크스 침전지의 건조가 잘 이루어질 뿐 아니라 건조시간도 단축되어 소결광 제조에 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
Description
도 2는 코크스 침전지와 분코크스의 수분 함유량을 비교한 그래프.
도 3은 코크스 침전지를 사전 처리 없이 소결용 배합원료에 함유시켰을 경우 소결용 배합원료를 조립한 조립수분의 안정성 정도를 보인 그래프.
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 코크스 침전지 처리방법을 적용하여 처리한 코크스 침전지를 소결용 배합원료에 함유시켰을 경우 소결용 배합원료를 조립한 조립수분의 안정성 정도를 보인 그래프.

Claims (4)
- 코크스 공장에서 발생하는 코크스 침전지를 건조기에 유입하면서 상기 건조기 내에 배가스를 공급하여 상기 코크스 침전지를 건조하는 건조단계와;
상기 건조기에서 건조된 코크스 침전지를 소결 공장의 소결용 배합원료로 공급하는 공급단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 침전지 처리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 건조단계에서
상기 코크스 침전지의 건조와 동시에 입도 분리가 가능하도록 상기 건조기는 사이클론 기류를 이용하는 사이클론 방식 건조기를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 침전지 처리방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 건조단계에서
상기 코크스 침전지의 건조 후 상기 사이클론 기류는 조대입자를 상기 건조기 하부로 분리시키고, 미분을 상기 건조기 상부로 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 침전지 처리방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 건조단계에서
상기 배가스는 상기 소결 공장에서 환경설비를 거쳐 연돌로 보내지기 전의 소결 배가스를 공급한 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 침전지 처리방법.
