Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 회로가 얻어질 수 있는 프레스와 백으로서, 백이 프레스의 하부 쉘 상에 놓여 있는 제1 실시예의 도면이다.
도 2는 회로가 사용될 준비가 된 상태에서 프레스의 쉘이 백을 클램핑하는, 도 1과 유사함 도면이다.
도 3은 백의 2개의 필름을 용접하기 위해 저항기(resistor)가 제공된 프레스의 제1 실시예의 변형을 위한 도 1과 유사한 도면이다.
도 4는 실시될 본 발명에 따른 회로를 가능하게 하는 프레스의 제2 실시예의 쉘을 비교적 상세하게 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 회로가 사용될 준비가 된 상태에서의 회로의 백의 사시도이다.
도 6은 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 쉘과 백이 얻어질 수 있는 회로의 도면이다.

Claims (13)
- 복수의 커넥터와, 상기 커넥터들 사이에 액체를 라우팅하기 위한 네트워크를 포함하는, 생물학적 액체를 위한 회로를 제공하는 방법이며,
- 2개의 가요성 필름(25, 26; 125, 126)을 포함하는 백(11; 111)을 얻는 단계로서, 상기 2개의 가요성 필름은 폐쇄된 윤곽의 범위를 정하는 시일(27; 127)에 의해 함께 부착되고, 상기 라우팅 네트워크 커넥터(40A 내지 40E) 및 팽창 커넥터(41)는 상기 윤곽의 내측과 외측 상에서 개방되는, 백을 얻는 단계와,
- 2개의 쉘(13, 14; 13', 14; 113, 114)을 포함하는 프레스(10; 10'; 110)를 얻는 단계로서, 상기 2개의 쉘은 상기 쉘(13, 14; 13', 14; 113, 114)들 사이에 상기 백(11; 111)을 클램핑하고 상기 팽창 커넥터(41)를 통해 팽창제를 주입함으로써 상기 필름(25, 26; 125, 126)들 사이에 상기 라우팅 네트워크의 파이프(12; 112A 내지 112F)를 형성하기 위해 상기 백(11; 111)과 협력하도록 구성되며, 상기 백(11; 111)과 상기 프레스(10; 10'; 110)는 적어도 하나의 상기 파이프(12; 112A 내지 112F)가 적어도 일부에 상기 프레스(10; 10'; 110)와의 협력에 의해서만 범위가 정해지는 윤곽을 갖도록 선택되는, 프레스를 얻는 단계와,
