Abstract
Description
도 2는 전체적인 진동 감쇠장치의 종단면 구조도이며, 고무댐퍼 위에 외경보다 조금 작은 내경을 가지는 형상기억합금이 적용되고 그 바깥면에 질량체가 부착되어있는 형상을 보여준다.
도 3은 본 발명인 댐퍼에서의 형상기억합금 스프링으로서의 내부링이 형상복원이 되기전과 후의 시스템에 관한 도면이다. 왼쪽도면은 평상시의 도면이며 축이 공진주파수대에 진입하게되면 형상기억합금링을 작용시켜 고무를 압축하게 됨으로써 하나의 질량체형태 질량체로서의 외부링으로 작용하게 되어 공진주파수를 이동시킨다.
Claims (5)
- 고속으로 회전하여 동력을 전달하는 드라이브 샤프트와, 이 드라이브 샤프트의 진동을 흡수하는 댐퍼를 포함하는 드라이브 샤프트의 진동 감쇠장치에 있어서,
상기 댐퍼는 상기 드라이브 샤프트에 동심적으로 접속되는 설정 길이의 질량체로서의 외부링과, 상기 외부링의 내측에 동심적으로 배열된 내부링과, 이 내부링과 상기 드라이브 샤프트의 사이에 접속 배열된 탄성링으로 된 탄성블록을 포함하되,
상기 내부링은 형상기억합금재 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브 샤프트의 진동 감쇠장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄성블록은 고무재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브 샤프트의 진동 감쇠장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 내부링은 상기 드라이브 샤프트 외주에 접속된 고무재의 탄성블록의 외경보다 작은 내경을 가지는 스프링으로써 부품에 적용할 때 내경을 늘려주어 형상을 변형시켜 적용시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브 샤프트의 진동 감쇠장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 내부링의 양측단부면에는, 상기 드라이브 샤프트가 휨 진동을 받아 위아래로 진동함에 따라 상기 내부링에 전류를 흘려주어 저항열을 발생하게 하여 저항열이 발생하면 상기 형상기억합금으로서의 내부링은 원래의 형상으로 돌아가, 즉 스프링으로 인해서 고무재의 탄성블록이 압축되어 기존의 m-c-k형태의 구조에서 고무와 형상기억합금, 질량체가 하나의 질량체의 역할을 하게 변화시켜 공진주파수를 이동시켜 진동을 감쇠하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이브 샤프트의 진동 감쇠장치.
