Abstract
이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)과 WiFi용 스위치가 TDD(Time Division Duplex) 시스템에서 요구하는 스위칭 타임이 각각 다르다는 것을 이용하여 고주파 스위치 회로에 사용되는 NMOS 스위치의 RC 시정수(Time Constant)를 조절함으로써 무선 통신 시스템에서 요구되는 스위칭 타임에 맞추어 능동적으로 대응할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 무선통신 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (13)
- 무선 통신기기의 안테나와 신호 송수신부 사이에 설치되어, 무선 통신 시스템에서 요구되는 스위칭 타임에 따라 선택적으로 스위칭 동작하는 회로로서,
상기 안테나로부터 수신된 신호 또는 상기 안테나를 통해 송신될 신호를 입력받아 고속 스위칭 동작하는 고속 스위치 회로부;
상기 고속 스위치 회로부에 병렬로 접속되며, 상기 안테나로부터 수신된 신호 또는 안테나를 통해 송신될 신호를 입력받아 저속 스위칭 동작하는 저속 스위치 회로부; 및
상기 고속 스위치 회로부 및 저속 스위치 회로부와 각각 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 고속 스위치 회로부 또는 저속 스위치 회로부에 스위칭 타임 제어를 위한 제어신호를 인가하는 제어부를 포함하며,
적용되는 무선통신 시스템에서 요구되는 스위칭 타임에 따라 상기 제어부로부터 상기 고속 스위치 회로부 또는 상기 저속 스위치 회로부로 제어신호를 선택적으로 인가하여 상기 고속 스위치 회로부 또는 상기 저속 스위치 회로부를 선택적으로 동작시키는, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고속 스위치 회로부는 적어도 한 개의 반도체 스위칭 소자와 저항으로 구성된, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고속 스위치 회로부는 두 개의 반도체 스위칭 소자가 직렬 접속되고, 각 반도체 스위칭 소자의 게이트 단자를 공통으로 접속하는 공통 접속라인 상에는 저항이 접속된 회로로 구성되는, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 FET(field effect transistor: 전계 효과 트랜지스터)인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 MOSFET(metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor: 산화 금속 반도체 전계 효과 트랜지스터)인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 N형 MOSFET인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저속 스위치 회로부는 적어도 두 개의 반도체 스위칭 소자와 저항으로 구성된, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저속 스위치 회로부는 4개의 반도체 스위칭 소자가 직렬 접속되고, 각 반도체 스위칭 소자의 게이트 단자를 공통으로 접속하는 공통 접속라인 상에는 저항이 접속된 회로로 구성되는, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 FET(field effect transistor)인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 MOSFET(metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor)인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 스위칭 소자는 N형 MOSFET인, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 적용되는 무선 통신기기의 시스템(회로) 전체를 제어하는 메인 제어부로부터 스위칭 타임 제어와 관련된 명령을 받아 상기 고속 스위칭 회로부와 상기 저속 스위칭 회로부만을 제어하는 별도의 로컬 제어기 형태로 구성된, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 적용되는 무선 통신기기의 시스템(회로) 전체를 제어하는 메인 제어부와 일체로 구성된, 무선통신 시스템에서의 송수신 신호 스위칭 타임 제어회로.
