Claims (8)
- a) 하기 화학식 2의 화합물을 1-브로모-4-(3-tert-부톡시-알킬)-벤젠, 테트라키스(트리페닐포스핀)팔라듐, 세슘플루오라이드 및 1,2-디메톡시-에탄과 함께 반응시켜 하기 화학식 3의 화합물을 제조하는 단계;b) 하기 화학식 3의 화합물을 먼저 아세트산, 브로믹산과 반응시킨 후 포타슘카보네이트, 메탄올과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 4의 화합물을 제조하는 단계;c) 하기 화학식 4의 화합물을 트리에틸아민, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 3,5-디나이트로벤조일클로라이드와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 5의 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및d) 하기 화학식 5의 화합물을 Pd/C 촉매하에 수소 환원시키고 트랜스 이성질체 화합물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 측쇄형 디아민 화합물의 제조방법:[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5]상기 화학식 2 내지 5에서, n은 1 ~ 5의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 3 ~ 5의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기이고,[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 n은 1 ~ 5의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 3 ~ 5의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기이다.
- a) 용매하에, 하기 화학식 1의 화합물과, 하기 화학식 6의 테트라카르복시산 이무수물 및 화학식 7의 측쇄기를 갖지 않는 디아민 화합물을 반응시켜 폴리아믹산계 블록공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 폴리아믹산계 블록공중합체를 열처리하여 탈수폐환반응으로 폴리이미드로 변환시키는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 수직배향제용 폴리이미드 수지의 제조방법:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서 n은 1 ~ 5의 정수이고, R은 탄소수 3 ~ 5의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기이고,[화학식 6][화학식 7]상기 화학식 6 내지 7에서 A는 4가 유기기이며, C는 측쇄기가 없는 2가 유기기이다.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 용매는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), N,N-디메틸포름아미드(DMF), 디메틸슬 폭시드(DMSO),헥사메틸포스포아미드, 테트라메틸렌술폰, p-클로로페놀, p-브로모페놀, 2-클로로-4-하이드록시톨루엔, 다이옥산, 테트라하이드로푸란(THF), 및 사이클로헥사논으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 비활성용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 수직배향제용 폴리이미드 수지의 제조방법.
