Claims (11)
- 유효한 항-파상풍 반응의 발생없이 환자에게서 협막 다당류 항원의 면역원성을 증진시키기 위한 의약의 제조방법으로서, 상기 방법은
파상풍 독소 단편 C에 상기 협막 다당류 항원을 접합시켜 접합 백신을 얻는 단계 및
상기 접합 백신을 상기 의약의 제조에 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 항원은 세균(bacterium)으로부터의 협막 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 세균은 수막염균 그룹 A, B, C, Y, W135 및 X; 연쇄구균 그룹 A, B, 및 C; 폐렴구균 타입 1, 2, 3, 4, 6A, 6B, 9, 14, 18F, 19F, 및 23; 황색 포도당구균 타입 5 및 8; 및 인플루엔자균(Haemophilus influenzae) 타입 b로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 항원은 균류(fungus)로부터의 협막 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 균류는 캔디다 알비칸(Candida albicans) 및 크립토코커스 네오포르만스 (Cryptococcus neoformans)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 담체-유도 에피토프성 억제없이 환자에게서 협막 다당류 항원에 대한 항체 반응을 이끌어내기 위한 의약의 제조방법으로서, 상기 방법은
파상풍 독소 단편 C를 포함하는 담체에 상기 협막 다당류 항원을 접합시켜 접합 백신을 얻는 단계 및
상기 접합 백신을 상기 의약의 제조에 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 항원은 세균으로부터의 협막 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 세균은 수막염균 그룹 A, B, C, Y, W135 및 X; 연쇄구균 그룹 A, B, 및 C; 폐렴구균 타입 1, 2, 3, 4, 6A, 6B, 9, 14, 18F, 19F, 및 23; 황색 포도당구균 타입 5 및 8; 및 인플루엔자균 타입 b로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 세균은 결핵균; 캠피로박터 균속; 대장균; 살모넬라균; 비브리오 콜레라; 이질간균; 부루세라속균; 야토병원균; 및 페스트균으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 항원은 균류로부터의 협막 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 균류는 캔디다 알비칸 및 크립토코커스 네오포르만스로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
