Claims (9)
- 지하수 관정으로부터 취수되는 일정온도의 염지하수를 일정온도로 열교환시키는 열교환기; 및, 상기 열교환기로부터 열교환되는 염지하수를 열원으로 하여 냉,난방 운전을 수행하도록 통상의 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브, 증발기를 포함하는 히트펌프 시스템; 을 포함하여 구성하고,
상기 열교환기로부터 일정온도로 열교환되어 상기 히트펌프 시스템의 열원으로 사용되는 염지하수를 지중 또는 해역으로 방류하지 않고 식수원으로 재사용하도록 상기 열교환기로부터 열교환되는 염지하수를 공급받아 담수화 처리하는 담수화 처리부; 를 더 포함하여 구성하고,
상기 담수화 처리부는,
상기 열교환기로부터 열교환이 이루어진 염지하수를 1차 필터링하는 카트리지 필터;
상기 카트리지 필터로부터 1차 필터링되는 염지하수에서 양이온과 음이온의 오염성분을 제거함은 물론, 인체에 유해한 보론의 농도를 저감시키도록 양이온 및 음이온 교환수지가 혼합 충진되는 혼상(Mixed Bed) 이온교환수지탑; 및,
상기 혼상 이온교환수지탑으로부터 양이온 및 음이온의 오염성분이 제거되고 보론의 농도가 저감된 염지하수의 염분 농도를 고분자 분리막(역삼투막)을 통해 희석시키는 역삼투 공정으로 식수원을 분리시키는 역삼투 멤브레인; 을 포함하여 구성하고,
상기 열교환기를 통해 열교환이 이루어지는 염지하수에 다량의 미립입자가 함유되면, 상기 담수화처리부에 포함되는 상기 카트리지 필터와 상기 혼상 이온교환수지탑의 사이에는 미립입자를 필터링하는 여과기; 를 더 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 여과기에는 모래, 안트라사이트, 활성탄 중 어느 하나 또는 모두를 충진하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼상 이온교환수지탑에 의해 제거되는 양이온과 음이온의 오염성분은 Ca2+, Mg2+, NO3 - , SO4 2- 중 어느 하나이거나, 또는 Ca2+, Mg2+, NO3 - , SO4 2- 모두를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담수화 처리부의 담수화 처리공정과, 상기 히트펌프 시스템의 냉난방 운전은 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) 또는 VFD(Vaccum Fluorescent Display)로 이루어지는 모니터링 제어부에 의해 제어되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링 제어부는 상기 담수화 처리부에 의해 담수화 처리되는 염지하수의 수질에 대한 모니터링이 이루어지도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 모니터링 제어부에는 히트펌프 시스템의 냉,온수 출구온도, 토출압력, 압축기 운전/정지, 냉동기 운전/정지, 원격운전상태 및 펌프 운전상태를 표시함은 물론, 냉난방 운전중인 상태를 진단하여 고장발생 여부를 점검하는 진단프로그램을 탑재 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
- 제 1 항, 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담수화시스템은 도서지역 및 내륙 해안지역으로의 운반과 설치가 용이하게 이루어지도록 에폭시 코트 스틸 프레임(Epoxy coated steel frame)에 설치 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염지하수를 이용한 냉난방장치의 재순환수 담수화시스템.
