도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 가스 측정장치의 구성도이다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 가스 측정장치의 개략 구성도이다.
도 6은 홀로그래픽 그레이팅이 분광부재로 이용되는 경우의 본 발명에 의한 가스 측정장치의 개략 구성도이다.

Claims (5)
- 자외선을 조사하기 위한 램프; 상기 램프에서 조사되는 파장대역 별로 분광시키기 위한 분광수단; 상기 분광수단에 의해 필터링된 광이 일측으로 입사되고 타측으로 출사되도록 하며, 성분 분석을 위한 가스가 유입되는 가스유입구와 유입된 가스가 배출되는 가스배출구가 마련되는 광통; 상기 광통에서 출사되는 광을 검출하는 검출부를 포함하는 가스 측정장치에 있어서;
상기 분광수단은 상기 램프와 상기 광통 사이의 광경로 상에 설치되는 것으로서 프리즘, 홀로그래픽 그레이팅(holographic grating) 또는 브레이즈 그레이팅(brazed grating) 중 어느 하나로 구성되는 분광부재를 포함함으로써;
상기 분광부재에 의해 반사 또는 통과되는 특정 대역 파장의 광을 가스 분석에 이용하며,
상기 분광수단은;
중심축을 기준으로 회전되는 기준판; 동일한 종류 및 형상으로 된 복수 개의 상기 분광부재가 상기 기준판의 원주방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 고정 설치되는 구성을 가지되;
상기 기준판에 설치되는 상기 각 분광부재는 상기 기준판의 면방향에 대하여 기울기가 서로 다르게 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티가스 분석용 자외선 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광통은 상기 분광수단을 통과하면서 분광된 여러 파장 대역의 광경로 상에 복수 개가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티가스 분석용 자외선 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 램프에서 조사되어 상기 분광수단에 입사되는 광의 조사방향이 변화될 수 있도록 상기 램프를 회전 기동시키기 위한 램프기동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티가스 분석용 자외선 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분광수단에서 출사되어 상기 광통에 입사되는 광의 경로가 변화될 수 있도록, 상기 분광수단을 회전 기동시키기 위한 분광수단기동부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티가스 분석용 자외선 측정장치.
