Abstract
본 발명은 (a) 면역 억제제를 인간을 제외한 정상동물에게 투여하는 단계, (b) 상기 면역 억제된 정상동물에 콕시듐 오시스트(oocyst)가 포함된 생균 백신(live vaccine)을 투여하여 콕시듐 원충(Coccidium protozoa)을 증식시키는 단계 및 (c) 상기 콕시듐 원충이 증식된 동물의 분변에서 콕시듐 오시스트를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 콕시듐 원충 생산 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
도 2는 아이메리아(Eimeria) 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델에서 콕시듐 원충을 획득하는 효과를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 아이메리아(Eimeria) 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델에서 획득된 콕시듐 원충을 현미경 관찰한 도면이다.
도 4는 아이메리아(Eimeria) 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델에서 체중 변화를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) 면역 억제제를 조류에게 투여하는 단계;
(b) 상기 면역 억제된 조류에 아이메리아(Eimeria) 원충의 오시스트가 포함된 생균 백신(live vaccine)을 투여하여 콕시듐 원충(Coccidium protozoa)을 증식시키는 단계;를 이용하여 얻어진 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 면역 억제제의 투여는 복부 지역(abdominal region)에 피하 주입(subcutaneous injection)하는 방법으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 면역 억제제는 싸이클로포스파마이드(cyclophosphamide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 콕시듐 원충 증식 동물모델.
