Claims (23)
- 지르코늄 화합물 및 티탄 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물, 및 수평균분자량이 5,000 내지 500,000인 폴리아민 화합물을 함유하는, 금속의 표면 처리를 위해 사용되는 금속 표면 처리 조성물로서,상기 폴리아민 화합물이 고체 함유물 1 g 당 0.1 mmol 내지 17 mmol의, 1차 아미노기 및 2차 아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기를 함유하며,상기 금속 표면 처리 조성물 중에서의 상기 지르코늄 화합물 및 티탄 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물의 함량이 금속 원소에 대해 10 ppm 내지 10,000 ppm이며,상기 폴리아민 화합물에 대해, 상기 지르코늄 화합물 및 티탄 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물에 포함된 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 질량비가 0.1 내지 100이며,상기 폴리아민 화합물이 하기 화학식 (3)으로 표시된 하나 이상의 구성 단위를 지닌 화합물인 금속 표면 처리 조성물:(상기 화학식 (3)에서, R1은 1개 내지 6개의 탄소수를 지닌 알킬렌기이며, R2는 하기 화학식 (4) 내지 (6)으로 표시된 치환기이며, R3는 -OH, -OR4, 또는 -R5이며, R4 및 R5는 1개 내지 6개의 탄소수를 지닌 알킬기이다.)(상기 화학식 (6)에서, R6는 수소 원자, 1개 내지 6개의 탄소수를 지닌 아미노알킬기 또는 1개 내지 6개의 탄소수를 지닌 알킬기이며, R7은 수소 원자, 또는 1개 내지 6개의 탄소수를 지닌 아미노알킬기이다.)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민 화합물이 1차 아미노기-함유 화합물 및 2차 아미노기-함유 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물과, 상기 1차 아미노기 및 2차 아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기와 반응성을 갖는 작용기 A를 지닌 아민 활성 감소 화합물 A의 반응에 의해 형성된 생성물인 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 생성물이 상기 1차 아미노기 및 2차 아미노기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 기 100 mmol에 대해 1 mmol 내지 60 mmol의 상기 작용기 A의 반응에 의해 형성되는 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 작용기 A가 글리시딜기, 이소시아네이트기, 알데히드기, 및 산무수물기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 한 종류 이상의 기인 금속 표면 처리 조성물.

- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 표면 처리 조성물의 pH가 1.5 내지 6.5인 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소 화합물을 추가로 함유하고, 금속 표면 처리 조성물 중에 유리 불소(free fluorine) 원소의 함량이 0.01 ppm 내지 100 ppm인 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 질산, 아질산, 황산, 아황산, 과황산(persulfuric acid), 인산, 카르복실산기-함유 화합물, 설폰산기-함유 화합물, 염화수소산, 브롬산, 염소산, 과산화수소, HMnO4, HVO3, H2WO4, H2MoO4 및 이들의 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 산화제를 추가로 함유하는 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마그네슘, 아연, 칼슘, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 구리, 철, 망간, 니켈, 코발트, 세륨, 스트론튬, 희토류 원소, 및 은으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소를 추가로 함유하는 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 계면활성제, 음이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 계면활성제 및 양쪽성 계면활성제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 계면활성제를 추가로 함유하는 금속 표면 처리 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 금속 표면 처리 조성물을 함유하는 금속 표면 처리 용액을, 금속 물질과 접촉시키는 처리 용액 접촉 단계; 및 처리 용액 접촉 단계 후 금속 물질을 물로 세척하는 물 세척 단계를 포함하는, 금속 물질의 표면을 처리하기 위한 금속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 금속 물질이 처리 용액 접촉 단계에서 동시에 그리스제거 처리로 수행되는 금속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 금속 물질을 처리 용액 접촉 단계에서 캐소드로서 전기분해시키는 금속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 물 세척 단계 후 금속 물질을, 코발트, 니켈, 주석, 구리, 티탄 및 지르코늄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소를 함유하는 산성 수용액과 접촉시키는 산 접촉 단계를 포함하는 금속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 물 세척 단계 후 금속 물질을 수용성 중합체 화합물 및 수분산성 중합체 화합물 중 하나 이상을 함유한 중합체-함유 용액과 접촉시키는 중합체-함유 용액 접촉 단계를 포함하는 금속 표면 처리 방법.
- 제 13항에 따른 금속 표면 처리 방법으로 처리된 금속 물질.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 철-계열 금속 물질 표면 상에 표면 처리 코팅층을 지니는 금속 물질로서, 상기 금속 표면 처리 코팅층이 10 mg/㎡ 이상의, 지르코늄 원소 또는 티탄 원소를 함유하며, 상기 표면 처리 코팅층의 XPS 분석에 따른 질소 원소에 대한 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 질량비가 0.05 내지 500인 금속 물질.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 아연-계열 금속 물질 표면 상에 표면 처리 코팅층을 지니는 금속 물질로서, 상기 표면 처리 코팅층이 10 mg/㎡ 이상의, 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하며, 상기 표면 처리 코팅층의 XPS 분석에 따른 질소 원소에 대한 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 질량비가 0.05 내지 500인 금속 물질.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 알루미늄-계열 금속 물질 표면 상에 표면 처리 코팅층을 지니는 금속 물질로서, 상기 금속 표면 처리 코팅층이 5 mg/㎡ 이상의, 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하며, 상기 표면 처리 코팅층의 XPS 분석에 따른 질소 원소에 대한 지르코늄 원소 및 티탄 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 질량비가 0.05 내지 500인 금속 물질.
