Claims (13)
- 중량%로 C:0.002~0.005%, Nb:0.02~0.06%, Sn:0.05~0.25%, Mn:0.10~0.35%, Al:0.02~0.08%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며, 표면에 Sn계 산화층인 Sn2O3층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 Nb와 C의 원자비 Nb/C의 값이 0.8~2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉연강판은 Nb계 탄화 석출물이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판.
- 중량%로 C:0.002~0.005%, Nb:0.02~0.06%, Sn:0.05~0.25%, Mn:0.10~0.35%, Al:0.02~0.08%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 등축상 페라이트와 침상 페라이트 조직으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 침상 페라이트 조직의 체적 분율은 5~15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판.

- 중량%로 C:0.002~0.005%, Nb:0.02~0.06%, Sn:0.05~0.25%, Mn:0.10~0.35%, Al:0.02~0.08%, P:0.003~0.020%, N:0.002~0.006%, S:0.015%이하, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 강슬라브를 가열한 후 열간압연하고, 권취 후 냉간압연한 다음, 냉간압연된 강판을 800℃이상의 온도에서 소둔 처리하고, 소둔 처리된 강판에 대하여 30℃/sec이상의 냉각속도로 냉각하여, 냉각된 강판의 표면에 Sn계 산화층인 Sn2O3층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 강슬라브는 상기 Nb와 C의 원자비 Nb/C의 값이 0.8~2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 열간압연은 900~950℃에서 마무리 압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 열간압연은 열간압연된 열연판을 20~80℃/sec의 냉각속도로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 권취는 560~680℃에서 행하여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 소둔 처리는 800~900℃에서 행하여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성, 내열성 및 내변색성이 우수한 가공용 고내열 냉연강판의 제조방법.
