Claims (16)
- 하기 구조식 1로 표시되는, 폴리비닐계 공중합체:
[구조식 1]
-[(CH2-CH(R1))x-(CH2-CH(R2))y-(CH2-CH(R3))z]p- ;
상기 식에서,
상기 공중합체에 포함된 상기 (CH2-CH(R1))x, 상기 (CH2-CH(R2))y, 및 상기 (CH2-CH(R3))z은 각각 서로 독립적으로 선택되며,
R1 은 -OH 또는 -C6H5-OH이며,
R1가 -OH인 경우, R2 와 R3 는 각각 -O-R-SO3H 과 -O-R-SO3 -M+이고; R1이 -C6H5-OH 인 경우, R2 와 R3 는 각각 -C6H5O-R-SO3H 과 -C6H5O-R-SO3 -M+이며,
상기 -O-R-SO3H 에 있어서 치환기R은 C1-C20 알킬기, 할로겐에 의하여 치환된C1-C20 알킬기, C2-C20 알케닐기, 할로겐에 의하여 치환된 C2-C20 알케닐기, 또는 -(CH2CH2O)n이고,
상기 M+는 금속의 양이온이며,
x, y, z 및 n 은 음이 아닌 정수이며, 단, y 및 n 는 각각 독립적으로 최소 1이고,
x 및 z는 동시에 0이 아니고,
p는 1 내지 500,000의 정수임.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합체는 폴리비닐알콜 술폰산계 고분자 또는 폴리비닐페놀 술폰산계 고분자를 포함하는, 폴리비닐계 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 할로겐에 의하여 치환된 C1-C20 알킬기는 플루오로-C1-C20알킬기이고, 상기 할로겐에 의하여 치환된C2-C20 알케닐기는 플루오로-C2-C20알케닐기인, 폴리비닐계 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 -O-R-SO3H 에 있어서 치환기 R은 C1-C12 알킬기, 할로겐에 의하여 치환된C1-C12 알킬기, C2-C12 알케닐기, 할로겐에 의하여 치환된C2-C12알케닐기, 또는 -(CH2CH2O)n(n은 1 내지 10임)인, 폴리비닐계 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 M+ 는 알칼리 금속의 양이온을 포함하는 것인, 폴리비닐계 공중합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리비닐계 공중합체를 포함하는, 도판트.
- 제 6 항에 따른 도판트와 전도성 고분자를 포함하는, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 폴리아닐린, 폴리티오펜, 폴리피롤, 폴리파라페닐렌비닐렌, 폴리아진(polyazines), 폴리-p-페닐렌설파이드, 폴리퓨란, 폴리아세틸렌, 폴리셀레노펜(polyselenophenes) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 치환기를 가질 수 있는 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤, 폴리티오펜 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린의 에머랄딘염(ES)을 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린의 에메랄딘염(ES)과 제2고분자를 혼합한 폴리머 블렌드를 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제2고분자는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에테르, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리비닐리덴플로리드, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리비닐클로리드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, PEEK(Polyether ether ketone), 폴리이미드, 에폭시수지, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리포스파진, NBR(Nitrile butadiene rubber), 폴리실록산 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자 복합체의 전기 전도도는 10-9 S/cm 내지 103 S/cm인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
저분자 보조 도판트로서 기능성 유기산을 추가로 포함하는, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 기능성 유기산은, 캄포술폰산(CSA), 도데실유기술폰산(DBSA), 아크릴아미도메틸술폰산 (AMPSA), p-톨루엔술폰산(PTSA) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 전도성 고분자는 필름, 섬유, 입자 또는 액상 형태를 가지는 것인, 전도성 고분자 복합체.
