Abstract
본 발명에 따른 부식 방지 덕트는, 덕트에 있어서, 강도를 보강하기 위한 강화층; 상기 강화층의 내면에 적층되고, 내식성을 가지는 내식층; 및 상기 내식층의 내면에 적층되고, 카본 섬유를 포함하는 강화 내식층을 포함하고, 상기 강화 내식층은 불소에 내식성을 가질 수 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 부식 방지 덕트의 단면도,
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 부식 방지 덕트의 제조 공정 흐름도, 및
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 부식 방지 덕트의 카본 섬유 시트의 적층 방향에 따른 강성의 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 덕트에 있어서,
강도를 보강하기 위한 강화층;
상기 강화층의 내면에 적층되고, 내식성을 가지는 내식층;
상기 내식층의 내면에 적층되고, 카본 섬유를 포함하는 강화 내식층; 및
상기 강화층의 외면에 적층되고, 고 내식성을 위한 표면 내식층
을 포함하고,
상기 강화 내식층은 불소에 내식성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 내식층의 외면에 적층되고, 상기 표면 내식층을 보호하기 위한 표면층
을 더 포함하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 강화 내식층은, 카본 섬유를 펠트 조직으로 만든 시트 형태를 가지는 카본 매트와 레진이 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 강화 내식층은, 0.6㎜ 내지 1.2㎜ 두께로 1 플라이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 강화층은, 절단 유리섬유 매트, 및 로빙 직물이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지고, 상기 로빙 직물은 직조된 무알칼리 유리섬유 직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 내식층은, 0.6㎜ 내지 1.2㎜의 두께를 가지는 절단 유리섬유 매트가 1플라이 적층되고, 유리섬유 20중량% 내지 30중량%, 및 레진 70중량% 내지 80중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 표면층은, 젤코팅되고,
상기 표면 내식층은, 0.6㎜ 내지 1.2㎜의 두께를 가지는 표면 매트가 1플라이 적층되며, 상기 표면 매트는 유리섬유 5중량% 내지 15중량%, 및 레진 85중량% 내지 95중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 강화 내식층은, 상기 덕트의 길이 방향으로부터 0˚ 내지 30˚로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 강화 내식층은, 상기 덕트의 길이 방향으로부터 10˚ 내지 20˚로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지 덕트.
