Claims (7)
- 메인 바디(111)와 워터자켓(112) 및 예연소실 팁(113)으로 이루어진 바디(110)와, 상기 바디(110) 내에 형성된 예연소실(114)에 주입된 연료 가스를 점화시키는 스파크 플러그(120)로 구성되어 연료 가스를 점화시킨 뒤, 주 연소실에 제공하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체에 있어서,
상기 예연소실 팁(113)에는 예연소실 팁(113)과 워터자켓(112)의 결합부에 유격을 형성하여 분해용 툴이 삽입되게 하는 툴결합용 홈(1131)이 형성되고,
상기 워터자켓(112)에 형성된 가스공급통로(1121)에는 연료 가스의 주입량을 조절하는 오리피스(1122)가 설치되며,
상기 스파크 플러그(120)가 설치된 공간(S1)의 기밀을 유지하도록 상기 메인 바디(111)와 워터자켓(112)의 결합부에 제1 오링(131)이 설치되고,
체크밸브가 설치된 공간(S2)의 기밀을 유지하도록 상기 메인 바디(111)와 워터자켓(112)의 결합부에 제2 오링(132)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 예연소실 팁(113)의 상면에는 예연소실(114)을 에워싸는 홈(1132)이 형성되어 워터자켓(112)과 예연소실 팁(113) 사이의 기밀성을 향상시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 워터자켓(112)에 형성된 가스공급통로(1121)는 워터자켓(112)의 상단부까지 연장되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체. - 삭제

상기 예연소실 팁(113)을 에워싸는 예연소실 부시(115)가 더 구비되며,
상기 예연소실 부시(115)는 구리 또는 구리합금 또는 알루미늄 중 어느 하나로 구성되어 예연소실 내의 고온의 열을 외부로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 예연소실 부시(115)는 예연소실 팁과 억지끼움되어 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 엔진용 예연소실 구조체.
