Claims (5)
- (1-x)Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3 - x Bi1/2K1/2TiO3 의 조성을 갖는 세라믹 조성물에 Ta2O5, Nb2O5, ZrO2, HfO2 및 Y2O3 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 금속산화물을 첨가하되, 상기 금속산화물은 y Ta2O5 + z Nb2O5 + α ZrO2 + β HfO2 + Y2O3의 조성으로 첨가될 수 있으며, y+z+α+β+의 합은 0.001∼0.05인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 조성물의 조성에서 x는 0.16 ~ 0.22인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물은 Ta2O5 이고, y는 0.005 ~ 0.018인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물은 Nb2O5 이고, z는 0.01 ~ 0.021인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연 압전 세라믹 조성물.
