Claims (7)
- 지지기판 상에 순차적으로 배치되는 후면 전극층, 광 흡수층 및 전면 전극층을 포함하는 태양전지;
상기 태양전지 상에 배치되며, 상기 태양전지 상에 광경화성 고분자를 도포하고, 상기 광경화성 고분자에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 광경화성 고분자를 경화시켜 형성되는 고분자 접착층; 및
상기 고분자 접착층 상에 배치되며, 상기 광경화성 고분자가 경화되어 상기 고분자 접착층이 형성된 후에, 상기 고분자 접착층 상에 형성되는 보호 패널을 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 고분자는 반응성 올리고머, 반응성 모노머, 및 광개시재를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 올리고머는 에폭시계 수지, 우레탄계수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 폴리엔/폴리티올계 수지, 스피란계 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 태양광 발전장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,

- 지지기판 상에 후면 전극층, 광 흡수층 및 전면 전극층을 순차적으로 형성하여 태양전지를 형성하는 단계;
상기 태양전지 상에 광경화성 고분자를 도포하는 단계;
상기 광경화성 고분자에 자외선을 조사하여 상기 광경화성 고분자를 경화시켜 고분자 접착층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 고분자 접착층 상에 보호 패널을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 태양광 발전장치의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 고분자는 스핀 코팅법, 스크린 프린팅법, 바코팅법, 잉크젯법 또는 딥핑법에 의해 도포되는 태양광 발전장치의 제조방법.
