Abstract
본 발명에서는 이러한 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치에 있어서, 에너지 비용를 절감하고, 설비를 단순화시키는 관점에서 개량된 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치를 제공하고자 함을 목적으로 한다.
이에 따라 본 발명에서는 이산화탄소를 흡수한 흡수액을 저장하는 제1저장조와, 상기 흡수액을 가열하여 이산화탄소를 유리화시켜 재생된 흡수액을 생성하는 재생탑과, 상기 재생에서 유리화된 이산화탄소를 분리하는 분리 드럼과, 분리된 이산화탄소를 압축하는 다단의 압축기와, 상기 제1저장조로부터 배출되는 흡수액과 상기 압축기의 각 단에서 압축된 이산화탄소와의 열교환을 수행하는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에서의 열교환 후 흡수액의 온도를 검출하는 온도 센서와, 상기 온도 센서로부터 검출된 흡수액의 온도에 따라 열교환기를 통과하는 흡수제의 유량을 제어하는 유량계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치를 제공한다.

도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 구현예에 따른 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 구성도이다.

Claims (7)
- 이산화탄소를 흡수한 흡수액을 저장하는 제1저장조와;
상기 흡수액을 가열하여 이산화탄소를 유리화시켜 재생된 흡수액을 생성하는 재생탑과;
상기 재생에서 유리화된 이산화탄소를 분리하는 분리 드럼과;
분리된 이산화탄소를 압축하는 다단의 압축기와;
상기 제1저장조로부터 배출되는 흡수액과 상기 압축기의 각 단에서 압축된 이산화탄소와의 열교환을 수행하는 열교환기와;
상기 열교환기에서의 열교환 후 흡수액의 온도를 검출하는 온도 센서와;
상기 온도 센서로부터 검출된 흡수액의 온도에 따라 열교환기를 통과하는 흡수제의 유량을 제어하는 유량계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 열교환기를 통과한 고온의 흡수액을 저장하는 제2저장조를 더 포함하며, 상기 제2저장조에서 유리된 이산화탄소를 상기 압축기 측으로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제2저장조로부터 배출되는 흡수액은 상기 재생탑으로부터 재생된 흡수액과 열교환되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2저장조로부터 배출되는 흡수액을 제3저장조를 더 포함하며, 상기 제3저장조에서 유리된 이산화탄소를 상기 압축기 측으로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 분리드럼으로부터 분리된 흡수액을 제1저장조로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압축기로부터 압축된 고압의 이산화탄소를 저장하는 이산화탄소 저장 탱크를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 흡수액 재생 장치.
