Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 플라이트 컨베이어에 설치되는 스크레이퍼의 길이가 기존보다 길어져 이송물의 누설을 극소화키시고, 길이방향 강도가 커져 부하 가중시에도 쉽게 휨 변형되지 않으며, 설치작업의 용이성을 확보하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 종래 플라이트 컨베이어 시스템에 설치된 스크레이퍼의 설치예를 보인 예시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 스크레이퍼의 설치구조를 보인 체인의 요부 평면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 스크레이퍼의 설치구조를 보인 체인의 요부 측면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 스크레이퍼 설치구조의 다른 변형예를 보인 국부적인 예시도이다.
특히, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시되어 있는 바와 같이, 상기 밀착판(230)과 고정판(250)의 하단은 상기 스크레이퍼(200)의 하단보다 짧게 형성되도록 하되, 하단이 경사형성되게 함으로써 이송물이 스크래핑되면서 일부는 옆으로 빠져나가게 하여 이송물이 체류되면서 급격한 부하를 주지 않도록 하고, 이를 통해 휨 등 변형은 최소화시키되 이송효율은 향상되도록 구성할 수 있다.

- 체인롤(110)과, 상기 체인롤(110)을 사이에 두고 양측에 설치되어 상기 체인롤(110)을 고정하는 체인브라켓(120)으로 이루어진 한 쌍의 체인(100)과; 상기 한 쌍의 체인(100) 사이에 배치되고, 상기 체인브라켓(120)에 고정되어 이송물을 스크레이핑하도록 설치된 다수의 스크레이퍼(200)를 포함하는 플라이트 컨베이어에 있어서;
상기 스크레이퍼(200)는 'ㄱ' 형상으로 절곡 형성되고,
상기 스크레이퍼(200)에는 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 일체로 형성되는 다수의 보강판(250)이 더 구비되며,
상기 스크레이퍼(200)의 양단에는 상기 보강판(250)과 동일 형상을 갖는 밀착판(230)이 일체로 형성되고;
상기 밀착판(230)은 고정판(220)에 고정되며;
상기 고정판(220)은 상기 체인브라켓(120)에 볼트 고정되는 형태로 구성되고;
상기 보강판(250) 및 밀착판(230)의 하단은 스크레이퍼(200)의 하단보다 짧게 형성됨과 동시에 경사지게 형성되어 체류되는 이송물을 분산시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이트 컨베이어의 스크레이퍼 설치구조. - 삭제
