도 6은 상기 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크의 제1 실시예를 구성하는 홈의 또 다른 실시예를 도시한 측면도,

Claims (9)
- 브레이크 패드가 접촉되는 마찰면에 형성된 복수 개의 방열 구멍들; 및
상기 마찰면과 방열 구멍의 내주면 사이에 형성되며, 마찰면적을 감소시키고 공기의 유동을 원활하게 하는 곡면을 포함하며,
상기 방열 구멍의 내경은 4 ~ 7 mm이고, 상기 곡면의 곡률 반경은 0.5 ~ 1 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크. - 브레이크 패드가 접촉되는 마찰면에 형성된 복수 개의 방열 구멍들;
상기 마찰면과 방열 구멍의 내주면 사이에 형성되며, 마찰면적을 감소시키고 공기의 유동을 원활하게 하는 곡면; 및
상기 방열 구멍의 내주면에 형성된 홈을 포함하며,
상기 방열 구멍의 내경은 4 ~ 7 mm이고, 상기 곡면의 곡률 반경은 0.5 ~ 1 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크. - 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 나선 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 일정 폭과 깊이를 갖는 곡선 형태이며, 상기 홈은 복수 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 일정 폭과 깊이를 갖는 직선 형태이며, 상기 홈은 복수 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 곡면은 두 개 이상의 곡면들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소-세라믹 브레이크 디스크.
