Abstract
이러한 본 발명에 따른 진동 자극 장치를 신체에 부착하여 사용하는 경우 뇌손상환자 혹은 노인들에게서 주로 발생하는 문제 중 감각 소실로 인한 인지 기능의 저하방지함으로써 사용자들의 균형 능력이나 자세 유지 능력을 개선시킬 수 있다.
즉, 본 발명의 진동 자극 장치를 사용하는 경우, 인지능력이 부족한 뇌손상 환자들 혹은 노인들의 균형능력과 자세유지 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다고 기대되며, 본 발명에 따른 진동 자극을 이용한 생체 되먹임 자극을 통하여 환자의 인지 능력을 증가시킴으로써 환자 스스로 동적-정적 움직임을 보다 정확하게 파악할 수 있도록 하여 비정상적인 보행 내지 활동을 스스로 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

도 2는 본 발명에서 제안하는 근육의 수축 또는 이완시 발생하는 근활성도의 변화를 이용하여 신체에 진동 자극을 제공하는 장치의 동작을 설명하는 흐름도이다.

- (a) 근활성도 감지부를 이용하여 신체 피부의 근활성도 신호를 측정하는 단계;
(b) 상기 측정된 근활성도 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 단계;
(c) 상기 디지털 신호로 변환된 근활성도 신호가 제 1 기준치를 초과하는지 여부를 판별하는 단계;
(d1) 상기 근활성도 신호가 상기 제 1 기준치 이하인 경우 상기 (a) 단계로 복귀하는 단계;
(d2) 상기 근활성도 신호가 상기 제 1 기준치를 초과하는 경우 상기 근활성도 감지부 주변의 신체 피부를 진동부를 이용하여 제 1 시간 동안 진동 자극하는 단계;
(e) 상기 (d2) 단계에서 상기 제 1 시간이 경과한 후 상기 진동부의 동작을 제 2 시간동안 정지시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육의 수축 또는 이완시 발생하는 근활성도의 변화를 이용하여 신체에 진동 자극을 제공하는 방법. - 삭제

(f1) 상기 (e) 단계후, 상기 근활성도 감지부를 통하여 측정되는 근활성도 신호가 상기 제 1 기준치 이하인 경우 상기 (a) 단계로 복귀하며,
(f2) 상기 (e) 단계후, 상기 근활성도 감지부를 통하여 측정되는 근활성도 신호가 상기 제 1 기준치보다 더 높은 제 2 기준치를 초과하는 경우에는 상기 (d2) 단계로 복귀하는 것을 특징으로 하는 근육의 수축 또는 이완시 발생하는 근활성도의 변화를 이용하여 신체에 진동 자극을 제공하는 방법.
