Abstract
이 유기 EL 소자는 기판상에 적층된 양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 가지는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서, 상기 발광층이, 인광 발광성 도펀트와 인돌로카르바졸 화합물을 호스트 재료로서 함유하는 유기 전계 발광 소자이다. 인돌로카르바졸 화합물로서는 하기 식(1)로 표시되는 화합물이 있다.
한편 식 중 환 Z, 환 B는 각각 식(1a), (1b)로 표시되고, Ar은 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내며, R은 수소, 알킬기 또는 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, X는 메틴 또는 질소를 나타내며, A는 방향족 탄화수소기, 알킬기, 시클로알킬기 또는 식(1c)로 표시되는 기를 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)
- 기판상에, 양극, 유기층 및 음극이 적층되어 이루어지는 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서, 일반식(2)로 표시되는 인돌로카르바졸 화합물로 이루어지는 인광 발광 소자용 재료를 포함하는 유기층을 가지며, 상기 유기층이 인광 발광 도펀트를 함유하는 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
일반식(2) 중, 환 Z는 인접환과 축합하는 식(1a)로 표시되는 방향환을 나타내고, 환 B는 인접환과 축합하는 식(1b)로 표시되는 복소환을 나타낸다. 식(1a)에서 X는 메틴을 나타낸다. 식(1b)에서 A는 탄소수 6~38의 방향족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 1~10의 알킬기, 탄소수 3~11의 시클로알킬기 또는 식(2c)로 표시되는 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다.
일반식(2) 및 (2c)에서, Ar은 각각 독립적으로 축환구조가 아닌 탄소수 6~18의 방향족 탄화수소기, 또는 탄소수 3~17의 S, O 및 N에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 헤테로 원자를 포함하는 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다. 일반식(2), (1a) 및 (2c)에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소수 1~10의 알킬기를 나타낸다. - 제1항에 있어서,
일반식(2)에 있어서, A가 축환 구조가 아닌 탄소수 6~38의 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 상기 식(2c)로 표시되는 방향족 복소환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 삭제
