Claims (36)
- 다량의 플루오로열가소성물질(fluorothermoplastic)을 갖는 플루오로중합체, 기포 억제 금속 화합물, 염기 및 상 이동 촉매를 포함하는 플루오로중합체 블렌드로서,상기 기포 억제 금속 화합물은 10 ㎛ 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 분말이며, 금속, 금속 염, 금속 산화물, 금속 수화물, 그의 혼합물 및 그의 합금에서 선택된 것이고,상기 염기는 I족 수산화물, II족 수산화물, 알콕사이드 염 또는 그의 조합에서 선택된 것이며,상기 상 이동 촉매는 트라이페닐벤질포스포늄, 테트라페닐포스포늄, 트라이아릴알킬포스포늄, 테트라부틸포스포늄, 트라이부틸벤질암모늄, 테트라부틸암모늄, 트라이아릴설포늄, 다이페닐아이오도늄의 염, 그 조합 및 크라운 에테르-유사(crown ether-like) 상 이동 촉매에서 선택된 것이고,상기 다량의 플루오로열가소성물질은 하나 초과의 플루오로중합체가 존재할 때, 중량 기준으로 가장 많은 플루오로중합체 성분이 플루오로열가소성물질인 것인 플루오로중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항의 플루오로중합체 블렌드와 용매를 함유하는 슬러리를 포함하는 조성물.
- (a) 무기 물질을 포함하는 기재, 및(b) 제1항의 플루오로중합체 블렌드를 포함하는 제1 층을 포함하며,상기 제1 층은 기재에 결합된 것인 층상 물품.
- 결합 방법으로서, 기재를 제공하는 단계, 상기 기재를 제1항의 플루오로중합체 블렌드와 접촉시켜 제1 층을 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 제1 층을 상기 기재에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
