Claims (3)
- 고로의 풍구에 프로브 파이프를 삽입하여 장입물 시료를 채취하는 채취단계와;
상기 채취한 상기 장입물 시료에서 코크스를 분리하는 분리단계와;
상기 장입물 시료에서 분리된 코크스를 CO:CO2:N2가 25:25:50의 체적 비율인 가스 분위기의 노에 장입시키고 설정시간 동안 반응시키는 반응단계와;
상기 반응단계 후 상기 코크스의 압축강도를 측정하는 측정단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 강도 정량화 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응단계의 설정시간은 6~8시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 강도 정량화 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 반응단계는
상기 장입물 시료에서 분리된 코크스를 입도 분리를 통해 25~30mm 범위만 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코크스 강도 정량화 방법.
