Claims (4)
- 구리 78%와 주석 22%를 혼합하여 용해하여 순수한 청동(놋쇠)으로 된 잉곳(ingot)(10)을 얻는 순수청동(놋쇠) 주조공정과;
상기 순수청동(놋쇠) 주조공정에서 얻어진 순수청동(놋쇠) 잉곳(10)을 열간 압연하여 늘리는 압연공정과;
상기 압연공정에서 얻어진 순수청동(놋쇠) 압연판을 제작하고자하는 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼(40)의 크기와 형상으로 따내는 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼 블랭킹공정과;
상기 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼 블랭킹공정에서 얻어진 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼(40)을 칼날(41)을 형성할 부분만 얇게 단조하는 칼날 성형공정과;
상기 칼날 성형공정에서 칼날(41)을 성형한 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼(40)을 가열하여 담금질하는 열처리공정과;
상기 열처리공정에서 열처리한 순수청동(놋쇠) 칼(40)에 칼자루(45)를 결합하는 칼자루 결합공정과;
