Claims (5)
- 폴리에스테르 시스코어형 복합섬유에 있어서,
카르복실산기를 포함하는 지방족산 및 페닐렌기를 포함하는 방향족산을 포함하여 이루어지는 산성분, 술폰산금속염 및 탄소수 2~14의 디올성분을 혼합하여 에스테르화 및 중축합시켜 제조되는 폴리에스테르로써,
코어부는 지방족산 10~20몰%, 방향족산 80~90몰% 및 술폰산금속염 0.5~1.5몰%로 혼합되고, 산성분 및 술폰산금속염을 포함하는 물질과 디올성분의 비율이 1.0 : 1.0~1.4 중량비로 혼합되며,
시스부는 아디프산, 숙신산 및 글루타릭산 중 어느 하나인 지방족산 10~20몰%, 테레프탈산 40~60몰%, 이소프탈산 20~40몰% 및 술폰산금속염 0.5~1.5몰%로 혼합되고, 산성분 및 술폰산금속염을 포함하는 물질과 디올성분의 비율이 1.0 : 1.2~1.4 중량비로 혼합되는 스크린 원단용 생분해성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어부의 지방족산이 옥살산(Oxalic acid), 말론산(Malonic acid), 석신산(Succinic acid), 글루타르산(Glutaric acid), 아디프산(Adipic acid), 수베린산(suberic acid), 시트르산(Citric acid), 피메르산(Pimeric acid), 아젤라인산(Azelaic acid), 세바스산(Sebasic acid), 노나노산(Nonanoic acid), 데카노인산(Decanoic acid), 도데카노인산(Dodecanoic acid) 및 헥사노데카노인산(Hexadecanoic acid) 로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상의 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스크린 원단용 생분해성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 술폰산금속염은 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 원단용 생분해성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디올성분이 탄소수 2~14인 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene Glycol), 프로필렌글리콜(Propylene Glycol), 트리메틸글리콜(Trimethyl Glycol), 테트라메틸렌글리콜(Tetramethylene Glycol), 펜타메틸글리콜(Pentamethyl Glycol), 헥사메틸렌글리콜(Hexamethylene Glycol), 헵타메틸렌글리콜(Heptamethylene Glycol), 옥타메틸렌글리콜(Octamethylene Glycol), 노나메틸렌글리콜(Nonamethylene Glycol), 데카메틸렌글리콜(Decamethylene Glycol), 운데카메틸렌글리콜(Undecamethylene Glycol), 도데카메틸렌글리콜(Dodecamethylene Glycol), 트리데카메틸렌글리콜(Tridecamethylene Glycol) 및 테트라데카메틸렌글리콜(Tetradecamethylene Glycol)로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상의 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 스크린 원단용 생분해성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코어부 및 시스부의 중량비율은 3:7 ~ 7:3인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크린 원단용 생분해성 폴리에스테르 복합섬유.
