Claims (5)
- 액정패널;상기 액정패널을 구동하기 위한 구동회로가 실장된 PCB기판; 및일단은 상기 액정패널에 부착되고, 타단은 상기 PCB기판에 부착되어 연결되는 COF(Circuit On Film) 또는 TCP(Tape Carrier Package)로 구성되며, 상기 COF 또는 TCP는,플렉서블 절연필름;상기 절연필름 상에 형성되고 복수 개의 배선으로 이루어진 배선패턴; 및상기 배선패턴 중 첫 번째 배선 및 마지막 번째 배선 중 적어도 하나의 배선에 근접하여 바깥쪽에 상기 절연필름의 가장자리 부분에 형성되어 상기 배선패턴에 걸리는 스트레스를 받는 버퍼역할을 하는 더미패턴을 포함하며,상기 더미패턴은 상기 액정패널에 부착되는 상기 액정패널에 가까운 연결부분이 상기 액정패널에 부착되지 않는 부분보다 면이 더 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 더미패턴은 상기 액정패널 또는 PCB기판에 전기적으로 접속되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 더미패턴은 단일한 형태의 면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 더미패턴은 상기 배선패턴을 이루는 재료 및 두께가 동일한 것으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
