Claims (11)
- 기질에 백색 색조를 제공하는 정도의 105 내지 155 nm의 광학적 두께의 이산화티탄의 층을 위에 갖는 투명한 기질;상기 이산화티탄 층 위에 배치된 저굴절률 물질의 층, 및 상기 저굴절률 물질의 층 위에 배치된 고굴절률 물질의 최외층을 포함하며; 여기서 최외층은 45 내지 240 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 갖는 이산화티탄을 포함하고, 저굴절률 물질의 층은 그 위에 충돌하는 광선의 입사각에 따라서 광선에 대한 가변적 광로길이를 제공하도록 215 내지 470 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 가지며;각각의 층은 임의의 인접한 층과 적어도 0.2까지 굴절률의 차이가 있고, 적어도 하나의 층은 다른 모든 층과는 상이한 광학적 두께를 가짐으로써, 1/4-파장 스택 (quarter-wave stacks)이 아니며; 비-백색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명한 기질이 유리 플레이크인 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저굴절률 물질이 이산화규소인 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 기질 위의 이산화티탄의 내부층의 광학적 두께가 134±12 ㎚인 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이산화규소층의 광학적 두께가 219±8 ㎚이며, 최외층은 95±12 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 갖는 것인, 표준 황금색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이산화규소층의 광학적 두께가 219±8 ㎚이며, 최외층은 177±12 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 갖는 것인, 표준 적색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이산화규소층의 광학적 두께가 292±8 ㎚이며, 최외층은 95±12 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 갖는 것인, 표준 보라색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이산화규소층은 336±8 ㎚ 또는 329±8 ㎚의 광학적 두께, 최외층은 84±12 ㎚ 또는 95±12 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 각각 갖는 것인, 표준 청색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이산화규소층의 광학적 두께가 329±8 ㎚이며, 최외층은 129±12 ㎚의 광학적 두께를 갖는 것인, 표준 청록색 색조를 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
- 제1항의 다층 효과 안료를 포함하는 화장품 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100 도 이상의 색조 각 색 이동을 갖는 다층 효과 안료.
