Claims (8)
- 인렛과 아웃렛이 형성된 케이싱;
상기 케이싱 내에 수용된 임펠러;
상기 임펠러에 결합되며, 로터코어가 로터캔에 의해 밀봉된 로터 어셈블리; 및
상기 로터 어셈블리를 수용할 수 있게 형성된 공간부를 가지고, 상기 로터 어셈블리에 회전력을 제공할 수 있게 형성되며, 권선용 전선이 스테이터 코어에 권취된 상태에서 스테이터캔에 의해 밀봉된 스테이터 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 권선용 전선은,
나동선(裸銅線);
상기 나동선의 외층에 가열경화되어 일차 코팅되는 폴리이미드(polyimide) 계열 수지의 제1내열코팅층;
상기 제1내열코팅층의 외층에 코팅되며, 유리섬유로 직조된 내열섬유에 의해 조성되는 직조코팅층; 및
상기 직조코팅층의 외층에 가열경화되어 이차 코팅되는 폴리이미드 계열 수지의 제2내열코팅층을 포함하는, 초고온 내열 모터펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2내열코팅층의 외층에 코팅되며, 무기물에 의해 조성되는 무기물코팅층을 더 포함하는, 초고온 내열 모터펌프.

상기 무기물코팅층은,
세라믹 파우더를 진공 상태에서 폴리이미드 수지에 의해 함침시켜 건조 경화된 것인, 초고온 내열 모터펌프.

상기 스테이터 유닛은 프론트 플랜지 및 리어 플랜지를 포함하고,
상기 프론트 플랜지는 상기 리어 플랜지보다 큰 직경을 가지고서 상기 케이싱에 직접 플랜지볼트에 의해 체결된, 초고온 내열 모터펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스테이터 유닛의 일측으로부터 연장된 연장튜브; 및
상기 연장튜브의 단부에 형성된 커넥터를 더 포함하는, 초고온 내열 모터펌프.
