Claims (11)
- 산업용 플랜트(20)의 프로세스들을 제어하는 제어 시스템(5)을 통해 상기 산업용 플랜트(20)를 운영하기 위한 방법으로서,운영-관련 데이터가 운영 감시 시스템(1)에서 획득되어 전자 형식으로 저장되고,프로세스 제어에 영향을 끼치는 이벤트들에 관한 운영-관련 데이터가 전자적으로 상기 제어 시스템(5)에 전송되며,상기 제어 시스템(5)에 부착되지 않은 상기 산업용 플랜트(20)의 장치들(22, 26)에 관한 프로세스 제어에 영향을 끼치는 이벤트들에 관한 운영-관련 데이터가 상기 산업용 플랜트(20)의 운영자에 의해 획득되어 상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)에 저장되고 전자적으로 상기 제어 시스템(5)에 전송되는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운영-관련 데이터는 상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)의 데이터베이스(3)에 저장되는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프로세스 제어 동안에 상기 제어 시스템(5)은 상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)에 의해 제공되는 상기 운영-관련 데이터의 결과로서 장치들(21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26)에 영향을 끼치는 일시적 저하를 고려하는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 운영-관련 데이터는 상황-관련 방식으로 상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)에 의해서 디스플레이되는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 운영-관련 데이터는 분산적으로 상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)에 의해 디스플레이되는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 운영자는 단말기(9, 15)를 통해 운영-관련 데이터를 획득하는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 운영자는 이동 통신 유닛(11)을 통해 운영-관련 데이터를 획득하는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 운영자는 이동 판독 유닛(12)을 통해 비-접촉 방식으로 운영-관련 데이터를 획득하는,산업용 플랜트를 운영하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치로서,적어도 하나의 인터페이스 모듈(6, 7, 8)을 이용하는 제어 시스템(5) 및 운영 감시 시스템(1)을 갖고,상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)은 상기 적어도 하나의 인터페이스 모듈(6, 7, 8)을 통해 상기 제어 시스템(5)에 연결되고,상기 운영 감시 시스템(1)은 상기 제어 시스템(5)에 부착되지 않은 장치들(22, 26)에 관한 운영-관련 데이터의 획득을 위해 감시 모듈(2)을 갖는,장치.
